Chapter 70 A dream of a spring night turned out to be about Kai'Sa, and Miksen wanted to be intimate with her...

Hearing the sound instantly snapped him back to reality; there was no beautiful woman in front of him, only a figment of his imagination.

I actually fell asleep.

Arthur frowned. So everything in the dream was fake after all. Suddenly, he felt a pang of disappointment.

"Arthur, are you feeling unwell?"

He then noticed that Kasha had placed her hand on his chest at some point, and was giving him a disgusting, affected smile, her fleshy face belying an innocent and harmless expression.

Arthur felt a chill run down his spine. He was sleeping on the tree trunk; how had this female gotten up there? He dodged her clutches and snapped at her.

"roll"

Then, he roughly pushed Kai'Sa down, with such force that she broke many tree branches as she fell.

Ah~~

Kasha kept calling out, and the male under the tree opened his arms to catch her.

"My God, Kai'Sa, watch out!"

He rushed forward and caught Kai'Sa. The male orc was terrified, but thankfully he caught her; otherwise, she would have been crippled if she hadn't fallen.

Kasha angrily broke free from the male, feeling he had ruined her plans. She looked up at Arthur, still sitting on the tree trunk, and concluded that he hadn't done it on purpose.

Arthur looked at his chest with disgust. Just now, she had touched his chest with her hand… He got goosebumps, felt extremely uncomfortable, and was utterly disgusted.

Arthur stood up and jumped down from the tree.

At that moment, Kai'Sa ran over, blocked his path, and twisted her body...

"Arthur, I've come to find you."

Upon seeing Kai'Sa, Arthur was reminded of Guo Xiaoxiao's actions in his dream, and the image of Kai'Sa's ugly appearance instantly ignited his anger. He spoke with annoyance...

If you continue to bother me, you won't be able to afford the consequences.

Seeing Arthur's cold attitude, Kasha was furious. He had given her the red crystal on their first meeting, so why was he ignoring her? No, he must like her. Kasha recklessly threw herself at Arthur's back, wrapping her arms around his shoulders.

"Arthur! I love you, don't you know that? You should be my partner."

Kaisa said excitedly

Get out of here!

Arthur roared, turned around, and punched Kasha with his raised fist. A normal orc taking such a punch would at least suffer internal injuries, but the force he used on Kasha was much lighter, considering the need for females to breed during the winter.

"It hurts so much... Waaah..."

Kasha was slapped, and she had never been treated like this before. She cried loudly in pain, stomping her feet to vent her frustration. She never expected Arthur to be so violent towards her.

At this moment, a male orc ran out from the side and blocked Arthur's way, thinking that Arthur was going to hurt Kasha.

"Arthur, please let Kasha go. She's had a hard time too."

Arthur looked at them, his anger turning into a cruel laugh.

"You have no right to tell me what to do."

Besides, he didn't intend to kill Kai'Sa; he just wanted to teach her a small lesson. He had no murderous intent whatsoever.

"Never appear before me again."

Arthur left after saying those words, heading straight into the jungle.

Having escaped unscathed, the two breathed a sigh of relief, but Kasha, her eyes brimming with tears, glared resentfully at Arthur's departing figure. She had never been beaten before, and to be treated like this by a male—she didn't care; she was determined to possess the powerful Arthur.

Only his status is worthy of her nobility.

"Kasha, stop trying to seduce Arthur. He won't like you."

The male orc advised.

"Shut up, you don't know anything. He'll like me."

Kasha glared fiercely at the male, startling him into silence. He was terrified of angering her and losing his standing in the household.

After finishing his work, Arthur returned to the stone house and continued studying his fruit. Occasionally, he would use the sponge he had found in the box last time to wipe his face. There was a pleasant fragrance, and Arthur held it to his nose, inhaling the familiar, warm scent.

It reminded him of that female again. He was so useless!

Miksen entrusted the matter of merging the Sishui tribes to Monet, who readily agreed, and the two powerful tribes joined forces to defend themselves.

Monet specifically reminded him to take good care of his female, as winter was approaching and she might suddenly go into heat once she reached adulthood. Monet still thought Guo Xiaoxiao was underage and hadn't noticed the two animal marks on her arm.

"I'm afraid it won't work this year," Mickson said. "Xiaoxiao's heat cycle is over."

Monet: "You're an adult? Over? And there's no sign of pregnancy?"

Mickelson said embarrassedly

"I didn't seize the opportunity during her heat, so she didn't approve of me."

“…”

Monet was silent for a moment before saying, "It's okay, I'm only an adult now. I'll conceive next winter."

Mickelson also hopes that Guo Xiaoxiao will give birth to their offspring, he said.

"It will happen."

Monet shook her head and chuckled: "Don't always be so engrossed in tribal affairs. Show her more care, give her some good food and fun things to coax her. If you had half the shamelessness of Cang Jue, the little one would be pregnant by now."

Mickelson looked away.

"I understand, I'm going back now."

Monet nodded: "Go."

After saying goodbye, Miken went to the field. The females, who were still sunbathing, told Miken that Guo Xiaoxiao was tired and had already gone home.

He couldn't wait to return to the cave. Guo Xiaoxiao was lying on a leather mat, resting and recuperating. Mickson quickly walked to Guo Xiaoxiao, squatted down, and stroked her soft hair.

Xiaoxiao

“Yes, Mickson,”

Guo Xiaoxiao opened her eyes sleepily and met Mickson's gaze, which was fixed on her. A feeling of happiness welled up inside her.

Did I wake you up?

"No, I just want to rest."

Mickelson gently rubbed his face against Guo Xiaoxiao's forehead, and Guo Xiaoxiao smiled.

Mickson lowered his head and kissed her cheek. He had really missed her these past few days, but the thought of Cang Jue saying that Arthur knew of her existence made him feel frustrated. He realized he was useless; he hadn't been able to protect her.
