Carlos couldn't stay silent any longer and agreed with Cang Jue's statement: So what if she gave birth? She could always have another child.

"Besides, you can't just have her whenever you want. What if Xiaoxiao doesn't want to? What if she likes Mikesen and Cangjue? You'll just be left watching."
That's the logic. What was said unintentionally might have been taken to heart by the listener. Everyone was wondering who Guo Xiaoxiao actually favored more.
Arthur believed that Guo Xiaoxiao treated Cang Jue differently because of their previous conflict.
Mikkelsen, on the other hand, felt that since Guo Xiaoxiao had forgiven Carlos, Carlos must have held a very important place in her heart.
