But the lead black horse kept observing Guo Xiaoxiao and Mickson without launching an attack.

Guo Xiaoxiao found it very novel to see horses. She had seen camels in the desert, but now she saw horses. It wasn't that different from Earth.
In the Beast World, the name "Swiftwind Beast" is not quite right, and it doesn't actually run very fast; it's just that it makes a lot of noise with the sound of horses' hooves.
