He sighed inwardly, looking at the academy with envy.
Unfortunately, he was already past the age for the academy to enroll, and he had no chance to study!
After delivering the sauce to the academy, he drove his mule cart to the Hundred Herbs Pavilion. After greeting Doctor Ge, he immediately grabbed his bundle and headed to the backyard.

Chen Yongliang took the bundle, opened it, and took out clean clothes to change into.
Because of his injury, he hadn't been home for several days and hadn't changed his clothes. The bloodstains and sweat made him feel like he was going to smell bad!
Just as he opened the bundle, there was a loud thud, and a string of copper coins fell to the ground.
He looked up at Chen Yongxing in astonishment, and Chen Yongxing looked just as surprised!
