Chapter 575 The Gambler Niu Yi
When Wu Gousheng returned, it was already dark.
Wan Qiqi sat in the courtyard, with a small porcelain bottle on the stone table.

“He went out on official business and we don’t know when he’ll be back,” Wan Qiqi said, taking another sip of her drink.
After putting down the wine bottle, she looked up and asked, "How's the investigation going?"
When the news was mentioned, Wu Gousheng looked troubled, then sighed and said, "Sister Qi, you guessed right, there really is a problem with Niuyi!"
"Hmm?" Wan Qiqi tilted her head, waiting for Wu Gousheng to continue.
“Niu Yi was a gambler. His family had some assets, but because he didn’t like studying, his family made him learn a trade. "Go get me a glass of water!" Chen Yongnian ordered Wu Gousheng while patting Wan Qiqi's back.
