"But I am at least literate..."
Wan Qiqi smiled as she heard the sounds outside disappear.
Pingping looked up at her and asked curiously, "Mom, why are you leaning against the door?"
Wan Qiqi bent down, gently pinched An'an's nose, and whispered, "Adult matters are none of a child's business, understand?" Then, looking at Pingping's arm, she asked, "Does it still hurt?"
Pingping shook her head: "It doesn't hurt."
Wan Qiqi then remembered that Pingping had not gone for a follow-up check-up.

Sun Yin smiled when he saw Pingping and Wan Qiqi.
Then, he was drawn to what Wan Qiqi was holding.
"Uncle Sun, I brought Pingping to see how her arm is recovering. These are some I picked on the mountain today, I'm giving them to you to eat." Wan Qiqi handed over the things in her hand.
Sun Yin recognized pomelos, but not bamboo tangerines, and asked curiously, "Qiqi, is it...?"
“Bamboo oranges.” She smiled gently. “I’ve had them with my elders before. I saw them on the mountain today, so I picked some to bring back.”
