Chapter 761 The Serious Xiao San

She looked at Xiao Huai, who was filled with anger, and asked in a low voice, "You don't need to get so angry over a mere employee. Who's been so blind as to offend you, Young Master Xiao?"
Xiao Huai snapped his fan shut, slammed it on the table, and said coldly, "It's nothing, this has nothing to do with you!"
His voice was deep and completely different from his usual tone of voice.

This was the first time Wan Qiqi had seen Xiao Huai so serious, and she knew that someone had really provoked him.

Xiao Huai fell silent.
He admitted that Wan Qiqi had such abilities.
"I want to know what you found out?" Wan Qiqi looked directly at Xiao Huai. "Are the people outside the temple the same group of people who came to the guesthouse that day?"
Her directness caught Xiao Huai off guard.
After a short while, he adjusted and asked, "Temple, are you hiding something?"
"Yes! Someone tried to kill me when I was in the back mountain of the temple!" Wan Qiqi said, only then remembering the ginseng she had abandoned in the system's storage room.
But these things only flashed by in a moment, and she immediately added, "From their bodies, I saw a tattoo that seemed to belong to the country that the old man led the effort to wipe out!"

"You act as bait to lure them out, then follow the clues to find the person behind it all!" Xiao Huai said, picking up a fan from the table and gently fanning himself.
"Using me as bait? You're telling me that? Aren't you afraid I won't cooperate?" Wan Qiqi was both angry and amused.
"What are you afraid of? You have no choice anyway. Besides the Xiao family, who else can help you solve this problem?" Xiao Huai shrugged.
