Haitang taught a few people to read, and Dongfang Long studied very diligently. At night, he and Haitang carved things together, with Haitang sitting in Dongfang Long's arms.
As Dongfang Long held the stone carving, Haitang could smell his scent and feel his burning body temperature as she leaned against him, warm and cozy like a small stove.
"Sister Ping An wants to do it too." Little Ping An ran over as well. Haitang looked at him and held him in her lap. Dongfang Long didn't say anything. Although the two of them were sitting, it didn't stop Dongfang Long from working.
