Chapter 243 Dragon Tomb

The orcs of the Bull Tribe initially thought the Tiger Tribe was just making a mess of things, and they were against sending their children there, though of course they still came to enjoy themselves.

After the problem was discovered, some of the Minotaur tribes wanted to send their children over, but there were too many idiots in the tribe who kept blocking them. In the end, by the time they were ready to send their children over, it was already several years too late.

Upon hearing this, Haitang nodded, then glanced at the commotion at the entrance not far away, paying little attention. She took Xiaoye back, intending to find Xiaolu to discuss the matter further.

Few people knew that Haitang had returned. When Haitang looked at Dongfang Chen not far away, Dongfang Chen turned around and looked at Haitang, and immediately pounced on her.

“Mom…” When Dongfang Chen looked at Haitang, his eyes immediately reddened, and he hugged Haitang and sobbed, “Mom, you’ve been gone for so long.” Yes, he said he would be back in five minutes, but he was gone for almost half a month.

"It's all my fault, it's all my fault." Haitang sighed. She was supposed to come back soon, but the Wild Boar Tribe was causing trouble, so she couldn't come back for a while and was delayed for quite a few days.

When Haitang held Dongfang Chen in her arms, her heart softened. She held the child and comforted him. Looking at the child, Haitang couldn't help but smile.

"Alright, let's go home." Haitang said, and Dongfang Chen immediately took Haitang's big hand with his small hand, following her home with tender eyes.

For Haitang, home is the warmest place. After Haitang went back, Xiaohe also came. Haitang asked the little deer to come over so that Xiaoye could meet the little deer.

The two met and confirmed they were siblings. In fact, there was no need to confirm it; given their appearance and the fact that they were female members of the leopard tribe, it was quite obvious that she was the little deer's younger sister.

Under these circumstances, the two were allowed to take them back. Xiao Lu nodded and watched her younger sister lead the people back. Hai Tang looked around and then spoke to Xiao He about some things.

"Don't worry, sister, nothing will happen to me." Xiaohe said, looking at Haitang. "I'm so happy that Xiaolu has found her own sister."

Upon hearing this, Haitang nodded. After Xiaohe went back, Haitang started preparing food. The baby mermaid also ran over and hugged Haitang. "Mommy..." Haitang reached out and hugged the baby mermaid when she heard him call her mommy.

"I thought you'd forgotten your mother," Haitang said, a little surprised. Hearing this, the little mermaid smiled, though she didn't understand what Haitang meant. She just felt relieved that her mother was back.

My brother has been unhappy these days and rarely takes me out to play. Now that Mom is back, he will be the same as before. Under these circumstances, when the mermaid baby saw the crabapple, he happily kissed it.

Dongfang Chen was also a little aggrieved. He walked to Haitang's side and hugged her. Seeing Dongfang Chen acting coquettishly, Haitang bent down and hugged him directly. Dongfang Chen also kissed Haitang's cheek.

Haitang couldn't help but laugh. "Go play obediently, and Mommy will make you something to eat," Haitang said with a smile. Upon hearing this, the two children immediately went to play.

Haitang glanced at Dongfang Meng and started cooking. After the food was ready, the family sat down to eat, and Haitang also checked Dongfang Chen's homework from the past few days.

Meanwhile, the baby mermaid has been able to walk for longer and longer these days, and of course, it will return to the surface of the water. Haitang listened to Dongfang Chen talk about what she had been saying these days.

"Mom, I'm great on my own. I can sleep with my younger brother and sister, and I can even help them pee," Dongfang Chen said, looking at Haitang. "I'm very well-behaved and haven't bothered Auntie."

Upon hearing this, Haitang nodded and said, "Yes, you are a good brother, and also Mommy's little darling." Dongfang Chen immediately smiled and hugged Haitang, falling asleep in her arms.

At night, Haitang got up and looked at Dongfang Chen, then heard Dongfang Meng crying. She immediately got up, went over and hugged her.

"Xiao Meng..." Haitang reached out and hugged Dongfang Meng, then sat down a short distance away and started rocking her.

Dongfang Meng quickly blew bubbles while looking at Haitang, then closed her eyes and went to sleep. Haitang held the child and looked outside. The moonlight was like a painting, and the presence of three children around her made Haitang feel very peaceful.

Although Anning felt peaceful, she was still somewhat saddened because Dongfang Long was not there. Haitang felt that the only thing missing was Dongfang Long. As Haitang looked up, she murmured, "When will Little Dragon come back..."

When will Dongfang Long return? Haitang misses him terribly and wants Dongfang Long to come back soon. While holding the baby, Haitang looked at the sky and felt drowsy. She put the baby down and fell asleep.

Meanwhile, Dongfang Long arrived at a place. He looked around at the huge tomb with many giant bones swirling around it. Even though the bones were decaying, the oppressive aura emanating from them was still palpable.

As the enormous skeleton spiraled around, Dongfang Long stood nearby, a sense of sorrow welling up within him. "Dragon bones..." These were all dragon bones.

The deepest part of the sacred realm is only accessible to members of the dragon race. It is surrounded by firefly-like lights, faintly tinged with blue.

As he watched all this, Dongfang Long walked directly to a spot not far away, where he saw a huge stone tablet surrounded by blue light. As he looked at it, Dongfang Long reached out and touched it.

The gentle breeze suddenly grew enormous, its mournful sound blowing directly into the tomb, as if the wind was weeping. The loud weeping made the entire tomb seem eerie.

The wailing sound was so shrill and piercing that it sent chills down everyone's spines. The surrounding lights and candles were extinguished, leaving only a blue glow swirling in the wind, hovering throughout the drowsy area.

Watching that scene, Dongfang Long felt a discomfort in his chest for some reason. Although he didn't have much feeling for the Dragon Clan, because his birth had been filled with suffering because of the word "dragon".

There were many times when he felt disgusted with this bloodline. He didn't care about the dragon race; he only cared about the people he wanted to care about. However, after returning here, things changed at that moment.

The wind around them seemed to follow the dragon's cry from the tomb, howling and venting its resentment. In this situation, one felt extremely uncomfortable, a discomfort that came from the depths of one's being.

Dongfang Long's expression darkened. He took a deep breath as he looked around. As he walked deeper into the distance, Dongfang Long understood that after seeing all this, he suddenly no longer had the desire to turn a blind eye. He could no longer bring himself to ignore the Dragon Clan.

The further Dongfanglong went, the louder the wind became, the more it seemed to echo in his ears like weeping and roaring. While others might have felt fear and dread at the sight, he only felt a sense of desolation.
