"It seems he really values the benefits my sister can bring, so he didn't say anything even when he noticed you acting strangely." She smiled as she looked into the distance. "Brother-in-law, don't worry too much, he won't do anything reckless." Shi Tianming was a smart man, and Yueyue believed he wouldn't act recklessly.
"Hmm." Dongfang Long nodded, his eyes gleaming as he looked into the distance. He was certain that Shi Tianming wouldn't do anything reckless. Now he just had to wait for the first foreign aid match to end before he could go find Haitang. He really felt that the last few days were passing by so slowly.
Even though he had endured so many years of separation, now that he was about to see Haitang's day countdown, Dongfang Long felt restless and couldn't wait to go to that day and find Haitang to tell her how much he missed her.
Dongfang Long reached out and covered his chest, his gaze softening. Thinking of Haitang made all his bitterness and unhappiness vanish in that moment, simply because she was so warm.
