Chapter 412 Negotiation

Upon hearing Haitang's words, the turtle beastman's expression changed. When Haitang looked at the turtle chieftain in front of her, her eyes were filled with coldness and ruthlessness, showing no intention of letting him take advantage of her.

When Haitang looked at the other person, a cold smile crept onto her lips, and her expression hardened even further. Haitang knew very well in her heart that one thing was certain…

That's what needs to be done right now, and there's never been any way to change it. Since there's no way to change it now, then be ruthless. When they heard this, the orcs of the Turtle Tribe all had a fierce look in their eyes.

Suddenly, someone behind her tried to attack Haitang, but in an instant, Haitang pointed a broken blade at her neck. "Don't do anything rash," the Turtle Clan Chief said immediately when he saw Haitang stop his clansman.

“You’ve lived in this ocean long enough, and Grandpa has had a miserable life, not getting the most resources. Your little beastmen should be finding it increasingly difficult to transform into beastmen. Chief Turtle… let’s make a deal: the Tiger Tribe can protect your Turtle Tribe for fifty years.”

Upon hearing this, the Turtle Chieftain's gaze changed. "What can you do?" Indeed, what could Haitang, a land beastman, possibly do? Upon hearing this, Haitang smiled.

“There are many things I can do. You have no other choice right now but to cooperate with our Tiger Clan. I will do what I say,” Haitang said. “Even if you leave the ocean and live in the jungle not far away, I can guarantee you will have enough to eat and wear.” Haitang looked at the orcs of the Turtle Clan and said.

"Of course, if you disagree, I can take measures, which is... to arrest all your people and kill ten of them in front of you every day, to see if you will tell the truth," Haitang said.

Upon hearing this, the orc from the turtle tribe turned pale. "Aren't you afraid people will call you malicious?"

"Vicious... You've got one thing wrong. It's always the winner who speaks. What can you change just because we've won? Besides... do you think the orcs of the Ocean Tribe can help you? No... We've wiped you out. On the shore, no one from the Ocean Tribe will dare to oppose us, and the Ocean Tribe won't take you in either, because they understand that all of this is the result of your arrogance."

In the hearts of the ocean tribe people, it was the turtle tribe people who caused all the trouble from beginning to end. If the turtle tribe people hadn't gone to land, if the turtle tribe people hadn't been so ambitious and bloated with their own desires, would all of this have happened?

There's no way that could exist under such circumstances. All the mistakes were made by the Turtle Tribe themselves. Upon hearing this, the Turtle Tribe members looked at the crabapple tree in front of them.

When Haitang looked at the turtle patriarch, she said, "Besides, your arrival is the best compromise, isn't it?" The turtle patriarch sighed and looked at Haitang.

"You're right," the Turtle Clan Chief sighed. In fact, just as Haitang said, he had always prepared for the worst.

"Chieftain..." the turtle beastman said, looking at the turtle chieftain. The turtle chieftain looked at the people and sighed.

"You can all leave. I'll tell her this has nothing to do with you." Hearing this, the turtle-beastmen refused to leave, so the turtle chieftain immediately said, "You are the younger generation of the turtle tribe. Do you want to die too? If you die, what will happen to your children..."

Upon hearing this, the turtle beastmen glanced at the chieftain of the turtle tribe, but gritted their teeth and went outside. As they left, they became very serious.

At that moment, Haitang looked at the Turtle Clan Chief, who sighed and said to Haitang, "I can tell you that you must also keep your promise."

"Don't worry," Haitang said to the chief of the Turtle Clan. At that moment, the chief told Haitang about a place, and Haitang nodded when she heard it, remembering the place so she could go there later.

"Aren't you afraid I'll lie to you?" the turtle chief asked, looking at Haitang. Haitang believed him immediately. Hearing this, Haitang looked at the turtle chief and smiled.

“I’m not afraid, because… you wouldn’t dare to lie to me.” Haitang said. Upon hearing this, the Turtle Clan Chief nodded and looked at Haitang, staring directly at the cave entrance.

As he looked at the cave entrance, he said, "Come in." The orcs from the Turtle Tribe immediately entered, while Haitang was about to leave. As Haitang left, she could smell the stench of blood. Haitang turned back to look at the Turtle Tribe Chieftain, but left without saying a word.

"Chieftain..." The turtle beastman's face turned grim as he watched the turtle tribe's chieftain commit suicide, and he immediately cried out, "Chieftain, what's wrong with you? Why did you do this?"

"For the future of the Turtle Tribe, Ashou..." The Turtle Tribe Chief grabbed one of the young men's hands, "Remember what I told you when you came here: get along well with the Tiger Tribe, and don't act impulsively... This is for the future of the Turtle Tribe; we made a mistake."

Upon hearing this, Ashou's eyes reddened. The Turtle Clan Chief said, "I was young then. In the Holy Domain, I witnessed the sins left behind by the Turtle Clan. Our Turtle Clan was not entirely the victim in this whole affair. Ashou... don't follow in their footsteps." The Turtle Clan Chief said, looking at Ashou.
