Chapter 90 Tragic

Looking at the distance, Haitang was also worried about the current situation. She wondered what had happened to Shi Hu and the others.

"The fireworks are going off over there," a female said, and many people were stunned. They saw fireworks at the entrance of the tribe and their expressions changed immediately.

There was an invasion by humans, but the problem was that most of the orcs were busy killing the ferocious beasts, and there were simply no extra people to defend against the invasion. Haitang looked at the people around her.

“Let’s all go check the city walls,” Haitang said, looking at the people. The people were immediately taken aback. “Right now, the tribe’s orcs are fighting ferocious beasts. If other orcs break in now, none of us will have an easy time. Rather than waiting here to die and be tortured by others, we’d better go to the city walls and think of a solution.”

Haitang spoke up and immediately mounted her horse. After Dongfang Long followed suit, the others hesitated for a moment before Qiao Yu and the others nodded in agreement.

“Yes, something has happened to the tribe. None of us can expect to have an easy time. What are we all doing cowering like this? Let’s go and see.” Hearing this, the people all nodded.

Haitang rode her horse and followed Dongfang Long to the city gate. When the people on the gate looked at Haitang and the others, they asked, "What? It's you? Orcs?"

"The ferocious beasts are causing chaos on the harvesting side, so we can't spare any manpower. What happened on this side?" Haitang asked, and the human race immediately explained upon hearing this.

"They are orcs from the Snake Clan. They will be here soon." The events of the past few days had led them to set up a sentry post not far away, and messages were being relayed back from there.

Hearing this, Haitang couldn't help but feel upset. The snake tribe was truly a persistent nuisance. "Little Dragon... go get the wine from home, and also get the bow and arrows..."

"I... okay, I'll be back soon." Upon hearing this, Dongfang Long immediately rode back. With the horse, the journey was quick, and he kept an eye on Huo Ling on the way back.

"Fire Spirit...you come and help too." Fire Spirit was stunned for a moment, then looked at the Eastern Dragon in front of him and immediately turned into its beast form to follow the Eastern Dragon. The Eastern Dragon went home and went to get the wine jar.

Haitang's family has been brewing a lot of wine, especially the kiln, which is Haitang's own. So they have a lot of jars and the wine is piling up. This time, although I don't know why Haitang wants wine, I still bought almost all of it.

Xiaohe looked at Dongfang Long with some worry, "Has something happened?" Xiaohe asked Dongfang Long.

"It's nothing serious, you and Xingxing stay home and behave yourselves." Hearing this, Xiaohe nodded. Dongfanglong carried a basket on his back and let the fire spirit bite into a basket as well.

The two then returned to the city tower, where a number of orcs, numbering twenty or thirty, had arrived. However, this was not enough, as the snake tribe approached, transforming into giant snakes as they drew near.

"Tangtang..." When Dongfang Long and the others returned, Haitang breathed a sigh of relief. Holding the wine jar, she looked at Dongfang Long and then turned to look at Huoling.

"Fire Spirit, you're strong, throw this wine jar away. Little Dragon..." Haitang handed the wine jar to Fire Spirit, then wrapped the bow and arrow with cloth, soaked it in wine, and lit it. "In a moment, you'll shoot the wine jar off the heads of the orcs in the snake tribe."

The orcs nearby were a little confused. "Tangtang, what are you doing?" Hearing this, Haitang looked into the distance.

"Just watch." Hearing this, the orcs looked at Haitang and nodded. The snake tribe had brought about a hundred people, and if a real fight broke out, their tiger tribe wouldn't have much of a chance of winning.

Especially with the ferocious beasts on the other side to deal with, there was no way to fully cope. Huo Ling said, "I believe in Haitang. Haitang has her own reasons for doing this."

As he spoke, he grabbed a jar of wine and threw it directly to the ground not far away. Dongfang Long was a skilled archer, and the snake tribes were still smugly thinking about seizing this territory.

The next second, someone started throwing jars. "Haha, these Tiger Tribe people, are they scared out of their wits? Throwing porcelain at us, how ridiculous..."

But in the next second, the jar was hit, and the wine poured out instantly. The moment the fire hit the jar, it immediately ignited the fire inside. As the wine spilled out, it was directly set ablaze, and the snake tribe orcs in front of it screamed in agony as they were engulfed in flames.

"This is a good idea." Huo Ling said when he saw it, but Hai Tang grabbed his hand and whispered a few words in Huo Ling's ear.

Dongfang Long was furious but remained silent. At that moment, Huo Ling nodded and said, "Listen up, people of the Snake Clan. If you take another step forward, don't blame us for being impolite."

Upon hearing this, Haitang asked others to carry things as well, but there couldn't be many wine jars, only six or seven.

They had to put on a show to intimidate the other side. The orcs from the snake tribe, seeing that several of their own had been burned and their flesh torn open before anyone else had even made a move, immediately looked grim.

"They're just putting on an act... When the beasts kill the tribe, most of the beastmen go to that side, so don't be afraid..." Upon hearing this, the snake tribe members immediately became fierce.

Huo Ling immediately grabbed another jar and threw it, which traveled more than twenty meters away. However, at that distance, Dongfang Long shattered the jar.

Huo Ye pounced down in an instant, and the snake-beastmen below changed their expressions. The snake-beastmen in the middle were immediately set on fire, and the other beastmen were also burned in many places.

"To retreat or not to retreat?" Huo Ling asked. They didn't have many wine jars left, but the other side hadn't lost a single one. If they let those people advance, they wouldn't know what to do.
