Chapter 107 Encountering Trouble-Making Orcs

A few days later.

Shen Miao took the blood tofu to the beast arena again. This time, she deliberately avoided the spot from last time and found a far-off empty space to set up the stall.

But those orcs had nothing to do all day long, just wandering around the beast arena. They easily spotted Shen Miao and noticed that she had changed her position. They immediately stepped forward aggressively, stretched out their hands, and said directly, "Give me the beast crystal."

Shen Miao was utterly speechless.

Even if Zhou Bapi were the most ruthless, he wouldn't do it this way. It's only been a few days, and he's already asking for beast crystals. But she still has to pretend to be respectful, saying, "Brothers, we haven't been setting up our stall lately, so we don't have any beast crystals for you."

"What? You're kidding us? Say it again, yes or no!" the orc said fiercely.

Shen Miao was in a difficult position. "I'm really not lying to you. I don't have any beast crystals on hand. Once I have them, I will hand them over myself. You don't need to ask for them."

The orcs grinned maliciously: "Do you think we're fools? If we don't hand over the beast crystals, then we won't sell them."

After saying that, one of the orcs raised his hand and knocked over Shen Miao's blood tofu.

The blood tofu fell to the ground and got covered in dust, which broke Shen Miao's heart. She had made each piece herself, and these beastmen were truly outrageous.

Shen Miao squatted down, preparing to pick it up. It was just covered in dust; she could wash it and still eat it.

But then the orc raised his foot and stomped hard on the blood tofu, crushing it into a pulp.

It's completely unusable now.

"See that? This is what happens when you don't obey!" the orc said smugly, pointing to the mess mixed with dirt on the ground.

Shen Miao clenched her fists in anger, wanting to smash that hateful face with one punch.

"Hey, why are you clenching your fist? Do you want to hit us or something?" an orc noticed her movement and shouted.

Shen Miao took a deep breath in her heart.

No, no, I can't be impulsive. These orcs are like those nasty pieces of chewing gum; if I don't tear them all off at once, they'll just keep sticking to me.

Shen Miao lowered her head, concealing the murderous intent in her eyes.

The orcs assumed she had resigned herself to her fate, and laughed as they walked away, leaving a mess behind like a swarm of locusts.

Shen Miao bent down and picked up the overturned wooden basin. She then took a branch and gathered up the blood tofu that had been trampled on the ground, placing it in the roadside bushes so that the orcs wouldn't step on it and get their feet all sticky.

The orcs who had set up a stall nearby came over to comfort Shen Miao, saying that those people were not to be trifled with and that she should just bear with it.

They had also been extorted by that group of orcs.

Shen Miao smiled and nodded at them, thanking them for telling her. The beastmen were a little embarrassed.

They didn't dare to go forward earlier because they were afraid the orcs would hold a grudge. Now that they're coming, it seems pointless. But seeing that Shen Miao doesn't seem to care at all, they're relieved.

Shen Miao carried the empty basin home.

She was in a very bad mood. This was the first time she had suffered such a big loss since coming to this orc world, and she couldn't even get revenge. She was extremely frustrated.

Seeing Shen Miao sitting on the stone by the door without going in, Jiu Ying asked curiously, "What's wrong? What happened?"

Then, Jiuying noticed that there seemed to be a crack in the wooden basin next to Chenmiao, as if it had been smashed.

Jiuying couldn't help but ask again.

Shen Miao then recounted what had happened at the beast arena, and upon hearing this, Jiu Ying's anger flared up instantly.

“These orcs are going too far. Not only are they idle, but they also steal other people’s things. Shenmiao, this can’t be left like this. We have to get revenge, otherwise they will think you are weak and cowardly and will dare to bully you again next time.”

"Who bullied Mother?"

The children ran back, covered in sweat, and upon hearing the last sentence, immediately asked.

Shen Miao didn't want the kids to hear about these things, so she waved her hand and said, "It has nothing to do with you, go play."

The children, however, were not happy and instead asked Jiuying, "Uncle Jiuying, who bullied my mother?"

Jiuying looked at Shenmiao, unsure whether she should tell them.

"Mommy, just tell us! We're capable kids now!" Erbao, who was good at reading people's expressions, immediately stepped forward and pestered Shen Miao.

Helpless, Shen Miao could only say, "It's nothing, I just went to the beast farm to sell blood tofu and someone overturned my stall."

What? !

The kids almost jumped up.

Flip the stall! Who dares to flip their mother's stall!

"Who is it?" Da Bao stared with wide eyes, his face full of anger.

Shen Miao briefly explained it to them, and the kids immediately sprang to attention like firecrackers, eager to seek revenge.

Seeing that the children and Jiuying were in such a state, Shen Miao realized that if she didn't agree, she would appear too weak.

She thought for a moment and nodded in agreement.

But there is one requirement: the four cubs must be obedient and not act recklessly.

After discussing it, Shen Miao and Jiu Ying decided to skip the roundabout way and go directly to the orcs' lair to wipe them out and see if they dared to do evil again!

The first time she came, Shen Miao had memorized the place, so she found it easily this time as well.

When Shen Miao and the others arrived, the beastmen who had overturned Shen Miao's stall earlier that day were returning from outside, arm in arm. When they saw Shen Miao, they were all stunned for a moment, and then teased, "Look at this female beast, she actually delivered herself to our door. It seems that the lesson she learned today was quite effective. Look, she brought up the beast crystal."

Several orcs laughed arrogantly, completely disregarding Shen Miao and her companions.

Da Bao couldn't take it anymore. He summoned a wind blade and struck the orcs directly. Caught off guard, the orcs were hit hard by the wind blade and fell to the ground, their faces cut and bleeding profusely.

"So you're the ones who knocked over my things? And bullied my mother?" Da Bao walked forward step by step, releasing a gust of wind with each sentence. In no time, several orcs were covered in blood.

They never expected that such a small cub could control the wind, and so skillfully at that, leaving them no chance to fight back.

"It's none of our business, we're just small fry," the orcs pleaded.

Shen Miao didn't want their lives; she was mainly looking for her older brother, so she ignored them and simply said, "Call your older brother out."

Several orcs scrambled into the house, yelling, "Brother, something terrible has happened! Someone's come to kill us!"

Inside, the orc leader was enjoying the services of a female beast when several bloodied orcs suddenly rushed in. His appetite vanished instantly. He kicked the orcs aside and roared, "Who's so reckless as to come looking for trouble?"
