Shen Miao vaguely heard the gist of it but didn't understand what it was about.
After thinking it over, I decided to go check out the lizardman's house. When I arrived, I found that the house was already surrounded by orcs, all of whom were peering inside.
Lin Shousheng was inside helping the lizard cubs molt.

The lizardman family all disagreed, looking at Shen Miao as if she were some kind of villain.
Shen Miao felt utterly helpless.
She wanted Lin Shousheng to say a few words for her, but Lin Shousheng didn't dare to speak rashly. Mainly, he didn't quite trust Shen Miao, even though Shen Miao had successfully performed surgery on Qingchen.

The cub's mother froze for a moment, then lunged forward, shouting, "What are you doing? Are you trying to kill my baby? Give my baby back to me!"
Shen Miao blocked her with one hand and protected the cub soaking in the water with the other, reminding her, "Calm down, you'll hurt your cub if you act impulsively."
"How could I possibly harm him? You're the one who's going to harm him..."
The female lizard shouted at her male, "What are you standing there for? Are you really going to just watch your cub get soaked in that weird water? What if the water is poisonous?"
The male lizard, with a stern face, was about to step forward and take the baby lizard out.
Shen Miao shouted, "If you touch the baby, he will never live again. If you don't want the baby to live, then just take him out."
Perhaps it was the overwhelming aura emanating from that moment that caused the male lizard beast to freeze in place.
Seeing that she couldn't rely on her male, the female lizard angrily prepared to charge forward herself. Just then, someone exclaimed, "Wow, look! The baby seems to be shedding its skin!"
Upon hearing this sound, the female lizard forgot everything and looked sharply at the cub in the bucket. She saw the cub lying inside slowly wriggling, its old skin indeed shedding.
The lizard-beast family stared intently at the scene, not daring to blink, for fear of missing something important if they did.
It was very quiet all around, and everyone kept silent, for fear of disturbing the little baby who was shedding its skin.
Seeing this, Shen Miao secretly breathed a sigh of relief.
Thankfully, it really worked, otherwise she wouldn't know how to handle the situation.
Under the watchful eyes of all the orcs, the lizard cub successfully molted, shedding its old skin to reveal its tender new skin, which looked quite adorable.
The little cub reached out to its mother, and the lizard woman hugged it tightly, tears welling in her eyes, saying repeatedly, "Little one, you did it, that's wonderful."
The orcs were all incredibly surprised, because molting is a very difficult process for lizard orcs; if not handled properly, it can become a matter of life and death, just like for cubs.
They knew that lizard orcs shed their skin by finding a quiet place to stay for several days without being disturbed.
Today, they actually witnessed the baby shedding its skin, which took less than half an hour!
Everyone's gaze towards Shen Miao has changed.
Shen Miao's expression remained calm. She emptied the water from the bucket and prepared to carry it back.
The male lizard said with some shame, "Chen Miao, I'm really sorry. I shouldn't have doubted you. You helped me and my whole family. Thank you."
"It's nothing, just a small favor, no need to thank me." Shen Miao waved casually and walked out of the lizard's house without a care in the world.
