Chapter 314 The Original Owner Who Became a Vampire 2

Roy chuckled softly, and Ahri became unable to move. She slowly left his embrace and floated in front of Roy.

Roy looked at the bewildered look in Ahri's eyes, raised his hand, cut his fingertip, and a drop of golden blood appeared.

The drop of blood seemed to have a life of its own, drifting towards Ahri.

Ahri opened her mouth unconsciously, and the blood entered her mouth.

Roy snapped his fingers, and Ahri fell to the ground.

At that moment, Ahri felt as if she had come back to life. She lay on the ground and said to Roy, "Thank you, Your Highness."

Roy said, "You should call me Father, my child."

Having consumed the prince's blood, this person becomes the prince's offspring. However, compared to those who receive the prince's first embrace, Ahri is currently only somewhere between a blood servant and an offspring.

Ah Li raised her head; she didn't want to shout.

Roy didn't press the matter. He said, "It's quite remarkable that you can still retain human thoughts after just becoming a vampire."

Ahri could sense the deeper meaning in Roy's words, but she didn't think much of it because she was hungry and wanted to eat.

A light flashed in Roy's hand, revealing a blood-red gem. He handed the gem to Ahri, saying, "Eat it, child. This is a Blood Essence Stone; it's good for your health."

Ahri took the Bloodstone and felt its alluring fragrance, which she could not resist.

Without hesitation, she put it in her mouth and took a bite. Instantly, a cool liquid flowed into her throat, and Ahri felt as if her body was filled with this power, and the feeling of hunger gradually disappeared.

"How are you feeling?" Roy asked Ahri.

Ahri nodded. "I...I feel much better. Thank you, Your Highness."

You're welcome, my child.

Roy smiled and said, "Now, you need to learn how to control your power, including how to adapt to your new life."

Ahri nodded. She knew she was no longer an ordinary human girl; she was a vampire with immense power and endless life.

At this moment, the sun rose from the east, and the high platform was the first place to feel the sunlight.

Before Ahri could react, a sharp pain shot through her face, and flames instantly erupted on her face, along with the smell of roasted meat.

Roy rushed towards Ahri quickly, picked her up, and carried her back into the castle.

Standing in the shadows inside the castle, Ahri's sun-exposed wounds were slowly healing. Roy's fingertips lingered there as he said, "This is the weakness of a newly vampire: fear of sunlight, dread of sunlight, because sunlight will reduce you to ashes."

Ahri indicated that she understood, and Roy let go of her hand, saying, "Let's go, you should go choose your room."

Roy led Ahri down the spiral staircase of the castle, circled around a few times, and came to several rooms and a butler.

The butler stood quietly by. When he saw Roy, he clenched his right fist against his left chest and said, "My lord."

"Um."

Roy looked at Ahri, "You can choose any of these rooms."

Ahri glanced at Roy and then casually pushed open a door.

Inside the door was a very ordinary room, but where there should have been a bed, a black coffin had been placed instead.

Ahri said she could bear the thought of sleeping in a coffin in the future, adding, "I choose this one."

Roy was very satisfied with Ahri's appearance; she did not show any panic, fear, or discomfort at the appearance of a coffin in the room.

He said, "Then you should rest first, and I'll take you to familiarize yourself with the vampire territory tonight."

Ahri bowed her head and agreed, and Roy and the butler then turned and left.

Ahri walked into the room, and the door closed automatically.

Ah Li looked back, but the door remained completely still.

The room was very quiet, with heavy curtains drawn and candles lit around the room.

Ahri pushed open the coffin lid, revealing that soft and comfortable bedding had already been laid out inside.

Ahri yawned. Vampires are nocturnal creatures, so she needed to change her schedule.

Without much hesitation, Ah Li lay down in the coffin, which then closed automatically.

Not long after, Ahri fell asleep.

The door opened silently, and Roy walked in. He twitched his fingertips slightly, and the coffin lid moved silently, revealing Ahri fast asleep.

Roy smiled and thought, "What a cute little thing."

He was the one who discovered this cute little thing.

Feeling bored today, Roy decided to take a stroll. But he smelled a strong stench of blood coming from the dense forest surrounding the castle; it was the lowly blood slaves hunting down humans who had wandered into the forest.

Those humans who are hunted will have their blood drained. Some will be transformed into vampires, while others, even before being transformed, will be killed by newly transformed vampires who cannot control their powers.

Roy's red eyes stared intently at Ahri. This person was quite peculiar; she had been transformed, yet she still retained human thoughts and emotions.

This is what makes her unique, and it's why Roy became interested in her and brought her back.

As darkness fell, Ahri slowly opened her eyes.

It was pitch black all around. Ahri raised her hand and pushed open the coffin lid, and she came out.

A reclining chair had appeared in the room at some point, and Roy was half-reclining in it, holding a book in his hand.

"Your Highness."

Ahri walked over and stood next to Roy.

Roy pricked his fingertip, drawing out golden blood, and then looked at Ahri.
