Doron had chewed the old tree root in his mouth to pieces, yet he remained lying there quietly.
Once the rotten and decaying flesh from the wound had been removed and the insects had been cleared away, Ahri spread her wings and flew away.
Bu Qing rushed over at this moment. He looked at the bloody mess on Doron's waist and said worriedly, "Chieftain, can that person really save you?"
"able."
Doron spat out the old tree root from his mouth and said weakly, "I feel much better now."
I could feel something digging a hole in my waist before, but that's gone now.
Not long after, Ahri returned with a lot of herbs in her mouth. She flew down, transformed into human form, crushed the herbs she had just picked, and applied them to Doron's waist.
Doron gasped; it hurt terribly.
Ah Li pretended not to notice. She left the other herbs behind and said, "Apply it every three days. I'll come back to check on it later."
Bu Qing walked up to Ah Li and asked, "Where are you going? Will you be able to find us then?"
Ahri thought for a moment and said, "Yes."
She flies in the sky, so she can find people very quickly.
Doron said, "You'll still have to come find me here. I'm not leaving."
Bu Qing looked at Duolun. "Is the clan leader not leaving?"
Because the chieftain would go berserk whenever the pain from his waist wound flared up, the people of the tribe were terrified, so the chieftain would leave the tribe and go to a deserted place.
Ah Li walked to the mountain spring, drank a few mouthfuls of water, and rinsed his mouth.
Soon, Doron felt the pain in his wound subside, replaced by a cool sensation, and he felt a little drowsy.
Seeing this, Ahri knew that the person had no other complications and then left.
Bu Qing took a few steps forward, then returned to Duo Lun's side to guard him. He even held the herbs Ah Li had left behind to his nose and smelled them; he had never seen these herbs before.
Ahri returned to the cave on the cliff edge and lay down back in her den; she was exhausted.
Bu Qing and Duo Lun were both there just now, so she didn't take out any tools from her spatial storage. The herbs in the back would be fine, though; anyway, she was flying high up, so no one would see her.
However, she has a foul mouth.
Ahri felt she had sacrificed too much when she thought about the rotten flesh and the worms. If Doron wasn't willing to become her male, she would really be at a huge disadvantage.
After that, Ahri would visit Doron from time to time.
Doron recovered very well. When Ali arrived, he was able to climb trees to pick fruit, wash it clean, and wait for Ali to come and eat it.
Ali loves the spring water here; it's sweet and delicious.
Ahri always drinks a little bit whenever she comes.
Doron added, "I'll build you a treehouse here so you can live here and won't have to fly around anymore."
Ahri glanced over and said, "No need."
She left directly from the Lion Tribe. If she were discovered by the Lion Tribe, she might be considered a fugitive, which could cause her some trouble.
Seeing Ahri's decisive refusal, Doron also fell silent.
Bu Qing had already returned to the clan by this time. The clan chief was well and he wanted to go back and tell everyone the good news.
Ahri fanned himself with a feather fan while leisurely eating fruit.
Doron, on the other hand, was knocking down large trees one by one nearby, and even carrying them on his back and setting them aside.
Ahri glanced at it casually, ate the fruit, and then flew away again.
Doron glanced in the direction Ahri had left, then continued with his own business.
She said it was her business whether she didn't need it, and whether he wanted to do it was his business.
Since Ahri didn't want to live there, Doron took his time.
Ahri would sometimes fly over, and Doron would just greet Ahri before continuing with his work.
The treehouse is starting to take shape and looks quite decent.
Doron found some large rocks from somewhere and made a circle around them at the bottom.
A pile of washed fruit was also placed by the mountain spring.
Ahri didn't stand on ceremony at all and picked it up to eat.
While Doron was busy with his work, he saw Ahri eating the fruit he had prepared, and he smiled happily.
Ahri fanned herself with her feather fan, then placed it on the fruit and left again.
Doron quickly put down the wood in his hand, walked to the mountain spring, picked up the feather fan, and looked up at the sky.
There was only blue sky and white clouds in the sky; there was no trace of that figure.
Doron whispered, "You... forgot to take the feather fan with you."
Doron's back injury had long since healed. He held the feather fan to his nose; it had a faint floral fragrance, which smelled quite pleasant.
Just then, Ahri returned carrying a large wild boar on her shoulder and saw Doron sniffing a fan between his nose.
When Doron noticed Ahri's sudden return, he quickly placed the feather fan behind him and looked up at the sky and the ground, not daring to glance at Ahri.
His demeanor just now could have led to misunderstandings.
Ahri didn't ask him what he had been doing. She threw the wild boar down and said to Doron, "I want to eat meat."
Doron looked at the wild boar, which was even bigger than Ali, and said, "You should have let me catch it earlier. I'm very strong."
Doron also showed off the muscles on his arms.
At this moment, Ahri walked towards Doron and reached out her hand. Doron hesitated for a moment, and his throat bobbed.
Ahri suppressed the urge to laugh, took the feather fan back from behind Doron, fanned herself in front of it, and then said to Doron, "Then go and deal with the wild boar."
"oh."
Doron lowered his hand with some disappointment. What had he been expecting?
Ahri also went to collect firewood, and she could pick up firewood of any size without any effort.
Doron quickly said, "Let me do it."
