Chapter 44: Conquering the Villain 2

Soon, the school uniform fell down, gradually revealing her skinny, muscular figure.

Xiao Se suddenly closed his eyes, looking like he was about to die, and put his hands on his waistband.

Ahri stood up and smacked him on the head. "What are you doing? Who wants to look at your body? I told you to go take a shower, can't you read the room?"

Ahri kept gesturing towards the bathroom, her eyes practically bulging out of her head. This guy was like a clueless fool. Not only did he not understand, but he also stood there completely naked. Who was he trying to scare?

Xiao Se's mouth was half open, as if he had a lot to say but hadn't, and his whole body was red.

The others in the room burst into laughter. "This kid is hilarious. What did he think he was supposed to do when he was asked to take a shower?"

"Shut up. Where are the clothes you were supposed to prepare?"

Ah Li had already arranged for clothes to be prepared, since Xiao Se had been forced to endure being rubbed in the toilet and was completely covered in grime.

A figure flashed by, and the bathroom door slammed shut.

Ahri chuckled; this person was quite adorable.

"Young Miss, are you really going to protect this weakling?"

Ah San, who was next to Ah Li, spoke up. He fiddled with the lighter in his hand and said, "He's too weak. Even when we bullied him like that, he seemed to have no backbone. Plus, with his adoptive father's matter, the old man will be unhappy if he finds out."

Yes, he was clearly a submissive person, so why did he end up destroying the world?

Ah Li shook her head and said, "I'll explain to the old man, but let's not get involved with his adoptive father's affairs."

The bathroom door opened a crack, and a very soft voice came from inside, "Clothes."

Ah San pursed his lips and said, "Fine, whatever you say, Miss." Then he stood up and handed over a bag of clothes.

When Xiao Se came out, Ah Li had someone take him directly to the secret base, where there were top mercenaries and brutal training.

"Come over once a week and give us a good workout, so we don't get dragged away by someone so easily again."

Xiao Se lowered her head and asked, "Why?" Didn't she think he was boring?

"Why?" Ahri chuckled. She couldn't very well tell him that he was a villain, the kind who could destroy the world, and that she was here to seduce him.

Ahri raised her hand and patted his head, pretending to be profound, and said, "When you are strong enough to protect yourself, you will probably understand."

Xiao Se raised his head and looked at Ah Li. His beautiful eyes seemed to hold countless storms before finally returning to calm.

Ahri waved his hand and had someone see him off.

Before leaving, Xiao Se's eyes flashed with hatred and a hint of confusion for a moment.

That night, the old man sent someone to look for Ah Li.

Instead of confronting them, they sat facing each other and made tea.

Finally, as Ahri was about to leave, the old man said, "Don't do things you'll regret. Sometimes, some people are just ungrateful wretches."

Xiao Se's adoptive father was just that kind of person, turning from the old man's most trusted brother into a traitor.

“I know, sir.”

Ah Li responded and respectfully left the house.

The next day, the campus finally quieted down.

Wushuang took Xiaose to play basketball, and pretended not to see Ah Li.

On the court, Wushuang took a shot and asked Xiao Se, "Why did that person say that yesterday, and where did they take you afterward?"

Ah Li stared at Wushuang on the screen. This person looked aloof, but he treated Xiao Se like he was playing a game. He would neither lend a helping hand nor ignore him when Xiao Se was being bullied.

It is only when everything is calm that a little kindness is shown, and to those in darkness, it is like a ray of light.

Though faint, it was warm.

After all, no one is kind to others for no reason, and no one will make enemies of everyone for the sake of one person.

Xiao Se remained silent, offering no reply to Wushuang.

Wushuang didn't press him for details. He said, "If you need anything in the future, just come to me."

Whether they are willing to help or not is another matter.

Time passed slowly but surely, and half a year went by in the blink of an eye.

Xiao Se's abs were clearly defined, and he had joined a mercenary group and taken on several missions.

Although it wasn't a life-or-death situation, there were still some dangers involved.

Because of these trials, the people who bullied him on campus disappeared, and school violence also vanished thanks to his efforts.

Ah Li stroked her chin as she looked at Xiao Se, who was leading some students in exercising on the playground. For the first time, she thought this villain was actually quite cute.

Because he himself had experienced that darkness, he went out of the darkness for people wherever he could.

All he can do right now is lead those people on campus to improve their physical fitness, and encourage them to exercise and run more.

Ah San, chewing on a lollipop, said, "You really can't tell this person has improved so much in just six months."

"All he needs is an opportunity, and he's willing to work hard for it." Ahri chewed her gum and slowly walked over.

On campus, Ah Li and Xiao Se kept their distance and didn't get too close. However, his daily life was compiled and appeared in Ah Li's sight from time to time.

Of course, Ahri doesn't need these things, but the people around her always think that Ahri needs them.

The sky darkened; a downpour was imminent.

Ah San cleared his throat, and the group of people all ran away in a flash.

Ah Li turned her head and saw Xiao Se standing not far away, thinking that these people were just bored.
