The "darkening value" is inherently difficult to manipulate; sometimes it backfires and rebounds, and sometimes it can harm others.
After calming herself down, Ahri tidied up the guest room and moved her clothes from the master bedroom.
After tidying everything up, Ali went to pack Xiao Danggui's clothes.
Shen Silan went out to work, presumably to film a movie. She might be busy for several days like before, or she might take a couple of days to calm down.
So she took Xiaodanggui to get close to nature, listen to the voice of nature, and let Xiaodanggui try to see if it could communicate with nature.
Ali had already chosen a mountain, and there were guesthouses at the foot of the mountain; she had even booked a room.
Getting close to nature isn't something you can do just once; it depends on how well the little angelica root perceives nature.
So, it will take several days.
Ahri packed a large suitcase, bringing along her mask and magical artifacts.
Ah Li finished all the breakfast that Shen Silan had prepared in the kitchen.
She washed and put away all the pots and pans before leaving with Xiao Danggui.
Ali also brought along everything that Xiaodanggui ate.
The car we called arrived, and Little Angelica was quite happy. Holding a small milk bottle, she sat obediently next to Ali.
The car set off.
It took almost three hours to reach the mountain.
After the car came to a stop, Ali took Xiaodanggui to the guesthouse to rest.
The next day, Ah Li carried a bag containing a mask and took Little Angelica to the mountains.
Little Angelica was visiting the mountains for the first time and was very curious. Its black grape-like eyes looked around, and it kept making little noises.
Seeing this, Ah Li put a mask on Little Angelica and found that Little Angelica had become quiet.

Ahri breathed a sigh of relief, knowing she wouldn't have to stay here for too long.

Before we knew it, it got dark.
When Shen Silan returned home, she found the lights off, the house cold and quiet.
It was the kind of quiet where no one was around.
Shen Silan reached out and turned on the light. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was also very clean.
Xiao Danggui's baby bottle is missing, along with some canned baby food.
Shen Silan immediately pushed open the door to the room where he had slept the night before. Just like when he left this morning, the blankets were still neatly made.
"Tao Li, Angelica sinensis?"
Shen Silan was a little hesitant to open the door to the room he shared with Ah Li. He was afraid that no one was inside.
As a result, the door slowly opened.
There was no one inside, and the dressing table was clean; all of Ahri's things were gone.

Ah Li removed the mask from Xiao Dang Gui's face and then carried Xiao Dang Gui back home.
This time, she's going to try to coax him properly.

Ah Li immediately called Shen Silan. When the call connected, Ah Li heard a panicked voice and a hoarse pleading voice: "Ah Li, come back, please... come back to me... don't leave me alone..."
