Some people looked at Ah Li curiously and asked Chi Yuhuan, "Who is that?"
Is she your girlfriend?
"If not, introduce him to my son. He'll be thirty after the New Year."
Chi Yuhuan's expression darkened. He looked at Ali and realized that Ali's appearance was indeed very eye-catching.
Ah Li smiled at Chi Yuhuan, and Chi Yuhuan smiled back. He looked at the people and said, "She's my girlfriend."
"I don't believe it. That guy looks like he was raised in luxury. Why would he be interested in a poor boy like you?"
"Did you secretly abduct someone here? Tell me the truth, and if someone comes looking for you, we can help you cover it up."
Someone was talking to Ah Li, but Ah Li couldn't understand them; she could only make out some local dialect mixed with Mandarin.
She also noticed that Chi Yuhuan looked unwell, and walked towards her, took her hand, led her into the room, and closed the door.
The room, which had just been cleaned, still had a lingering smell of someone who hadn't been there for years.
Ali didn't mind, and even looked at the photos on the cabinet and table, all of which were photos of Chi Yuhuan and his grandmother.
There are also photos of Chi Yuhuan when she was a child. She was quite cute, with big eyes, and looked like a little adult, never smiling.
However, there are very few photos, only five or six.
After an unknown amount of time, Chi Yuhuan opened the door.
Ahri looked at him, "Is everything resolved?"
Chi Yuhuan was stunned for a moment, then he thought of Uncle Leopard that Ali had called back then, and said, "They are all neighbors. I just let them go home. I didn't get rid of them."
Ah Li realized what this meant when she heard this. Well, this person probably thought that the solution she mentioned earlier was to beat everyone up or to silence them.
But that's not true at all.
