Ali took out the Sleeping Dream from her system space, which she had just given to Su Wenqin and was harmless to the human body.
After all, she wasn't the kind of person to take advantage of others in distress.
But Su Wenqin's reaction was far too excited.
He probably doesn't think she's a psychopath who'll subject him to some kind of inhuman torture.
Watching his solo performance, Ah Li covered her eyes. She couldn't even do some of the poses. Where did this person learn them? Did he think those poses were something a normal person could do?
After an unknown amount of time, Su Wenqin was still not finished. Ah Li, tired, slumped onto the table and fell asleep.
At this point, no one was watching them, so Ah Li ignored Su Wenqin.
The next day, as the sky began to lighten, Su Wenqin gradually calmed down.
He lay weakly on the bed, seemingly without any strength, but then suddenly sprang up and bit down on the pillow. He wanted to bite the person in front of him to death. This person was shameless and extremely cruel; she was definitely not a woman!
When he felt as if he had bitten off a piece of flesh, he could no longer hold on and fainted.
Ah Li woke up when light shone through the window onto her face.
When Ah Li woke up, she felt that her arms were numb and her back was very sore, because she had slept on her stomach all night.
Ali slowly walked towards Su Wenqin. Seeing that there weren't many ambiguous marks on him, she directly reached out and pinched him, leaving many marks on his body.
At this moment, Su Wenqin seemed to be awake, yet not quite. With an unseen ruthlessness, he said, word by word, "Don't fall into my hands." His voice was low and hoarse, like a demon from hell, sending chills down one's spine.
Ah Li wasn't afraid at all. She patted and pinched Su Wenqin's face, saying, "Last night was really comfortable. You made me happy. Today, I'll give you a good meal."
Ali only let go of Su Wenqin's face after she had left red marks on it. She then untied her belt, held it in her hand, and tugged at her clothes before opening the door.
Su Wenheng was standing in the courtyard at this moment. He didn't turn around to look at Ali, but instead looked at a withered tree in the courtyard.
Ahri stopped whistling and lowered her head in a panic, hurriedly fastening her belt.
"One night."
Su Wenheng looked at Ali and saw the lingering rosy glow in Ali's eyes. He said, "Be nicer to him these next couple of days."
"Yes, I will definitely treat him well."
Ah Li's face still held a hint of lingering satisfaction, as if she were already thinking about how to torment Su Wenqin next.
Just then, a woman suddenly ran in, followed by a number of people. Without even looking around, she cried out, sobbing, "Brother Wenqin!"
Su Wenheng didn't let anyone stop her and let her run into the room.
"You can go down now."
Su Wenheng lowered his eyes and looked at Ah Li.
"Here you go."
Ahri walked away with her head down.
However, even after Ah Li had gone far away, she could still hear heart-wrenching cries coming from inside the house. Anyone who didn't know the situation would have thought Su Wenqin was dead.
Ahri hummed a little tune as she returned to the palace where the two old concubines lived.
Those two old concubines were a bit senile, but this courtyard was excellent, with a small kitchen.
Ali boiled water, cooked porridge, and steamed eggs.
The old concubine came over as soon as she smelled the aroma, and the two of them sat obediently like children.
Ahri lowered her voice and said, "I had something to do last night and didn't come back. Did you guys have any pastries?"
The old concubine nodded and pointed to the empty plate and the teapot on the table.
Ahri walked over and picked up the teapot; it was empty.
The pastries on the plate were also gone.
There weren't many concubines in this cold palace.
These two old concubines were foolish and simple-minded, but they still remembered each other. Sometimes they would hold hands and sit together looking at the sky.
When the original owner first arrived, she wanted to become more ruthless, like snatching things from the hands of these abandoned concubines in the cold palace.
However, there wasn't much profit to be made here, so even if the original owner wanted to be ruthless, there was no one to use it against.
Ah Li sighed softly. She ladled out two bowls of porridge and two bowls of steamed eggs, placing them in front of the two old concubines, saying, "Eat well, don't spill it."
The two old concubines were quite cooperative, each having a bowl and eating very well.
The water had boiled by then, and Ah Li took her clothes to take a bath.
When Ah Li finished washing up and came out, she found the two old concubines sitting together looking at the sky again, and the food on the table had been eaten.
Ahri sat down beside the two old concubines, letting her hair down and allowing the breeze to dry it.
One of the older concubines would reach out and hold Ah Li's hand, and the three of them would gaze at the sky together in a daze.
As the sun slowly reached its zenith, the two old concubines tugged at Ahri's sleeve, saying, "Let's go back, it's hot."
"Yes, it's hot."
Ah Li softened her voice and followed the two old concubines into the house.
No one knew that Su Wenheng had been standing outside watching for a long time.
One of these two old concubines was Consort Mei, Su Wenheng's great-aunt. She was not mentally challenged at all; she had simply come to keep her good friend company.
Not long after, Consort Mei came out. She walked towards Su Wenheng and said, "Did you send people to bully Su Wenqin?"
"Um."
"And they even hired that palace maid in the room to bully him?"
"yes."
“That palace maid is a good one; I will take her out of the palace.”
“But she touched Su Wenqin.”
"So, are you going to kill her?"
Su Wenheng fell silent. He had been resentful, but the person he liked liked Su Wenqin, and in terms of character and appearance, he was no less than him.
