Chapter 9 Beast World Part 8

Ah Li nodded, while Ah Ze stood in the treehouse, breaking off a branch from his hand. He knew this would happen.

Ahri is a person who keeps her promises; she will do what she promises.

If Ace hadn't come this time, or had never come at all, Ahri might never have remembered him again.

But then, Ace arrived.

Xiuman looked up at the broken branch in Aze's hand and asked in a low voice, "Is Ahri going to become a mate with that male?"

Aze closed his eyes, nodded with a slight sting in his nose, and said, "Yes, Ah Li already agreed."

"Oh." Schumacher's forked tongue popped out, then he looked at the male cleaning another treehouse. The male's smile was a bit of an eyesore.

Aze sensed danger, then opened his eyes and saw the vertical pupils in Xiu Man's eyes. He quickly said, "Xiu Man, what do you want to do?"

Xiuman looked at Aze and said, "It's nothing, I just feel hungry."

"Okay." Ahri handed the animal hide to Aze and said, "You'll have to sew these on, Aze."

Aze said, "You know I'll support whatever decision you make."

"Yes, thank you, Aze."

Aze twitched his ears and whispered, "However, just now, Xiu Man's eyes turned into vertical pupils."

"Yeah?"

Ali stood up, walked closer to Aze, and said, "He's probably hungry. We need to prepare some food for him."

"Okay, he just said he was hungry too."

"But, Aze, we need to be careful too." Ahri walked to Aze's side, took his arm, and whispered.

"good."

Aze looked at Ali. Actually, no matter who was by Ali's side, he was content as long as he could see Ali anytime and know that she was happy.
