Seeing Yu Rou chatting and laughing with another man tonight, his chest felt like it was about to explode.

"Aunt Li should be here soon. Let her do it for you when she comes." Gan Lie remembered that Aunt Li usually arrived around seven o'clock, sometimes a little later, but never later than eight o'clock.
"She asked for leave, saying she was accompanying her daughter-in-law to see a Chinese doctor." Without even turning her head, Yu Rou took out a cake and a box of handmade steamed dumplings from the refrigerator.
The date on the cake box was yesterday, so Aunt Li must have bought it yesterday. There were a few dishes in the refrigerator, and they seemed to be untouched. The steamed dumplings were made by Aunt Li herself and put in a box in the freezer. The original owner had eaten them before, and they seemed to taste pretty good.
Although Yu Rou is not good at cooking, she still knows how to make dumplings.
"Let me do it. You go sit in the living room. Do you want to eat this?" Gan Lie took a few steps forward and snatched the thing from her hand.

Gan Lie was still staring at her. She had just finished washing up, and her long black hair was casually rolled into a bun with a hairband, with her fine bangs scattered. Her puzzled eyes made her look cute and charming.
Gan Lie reached out his hand as if possessed by a ghost, lifted her hair, and tucked the hair behind her ears.
"What are you doing?" Yu Rou reached out to push him away, but he didn't move.
Gan Lie looked down at her hand, so slender and small, pressing against his chest without any strength at all.
The air inexplicably became ambiguous, and both of them breathed heavier.
Yu Rou turned her head away from him and whispered, "Then you do it."
"Yeah." A sweet voice sounded in her ears.
Yu Rou retracted her hand and seemed a little nervous when she looked up at him.
Gan Lie's heart was beating fast, and it took him a while to turn around and make way for her.
Yu Rou almost escaped from the kitchen.
Gan Lie heard her hurried footsteps, and a look of relaxation and comfort appeared between his brows.
Yu Rou thought Gan Lie was a great cook, but after waiting for a while, she heard the sound of ping-pong coming from the kitchen. Yu Rou walked over to take a look.
His expression became very subtle.
Sure enough, she shouldn't count on Gan Lie. He was not as good as her in the kitchen.
Finally, when Gan Lie was driven out of the kitchen by Yu Rou, his expression was very grumpy.
But Yu Rou directly understood that he was angry and embarrassed.
