Jin Bowen was stunned.
He hadn't expected Xiang Wanwan to speak so directly; it was like she was hitting him right where it hurt.
How could she not like herself?
She must have said that because she was afraid of Chief Lu.
“You don’t need to say that. I know you’re afraid of Lu Jingnian. I can take you away and keep you far away from Chief Lu.”
Xiang Wanwan almost laughed.
Does this person not understand human language?
After Jin Bowen finished speaking, he reached out to pull Wanwan along.

Xiang Wanwan slapped him across the face.
To act like a scoundrel with her?

Jin Bowen, who had just been slapped, was also slightly taken aback.

While cursing, Xiang Wanwan didn't stop what she was doing.
When Lu Jingnian returned carrying the large bucket, he saw Xiang Wanwan hitting someone.
He couldn't see clearly who was on the ground from his direction, so he immediately put down the bucket he was holding and went forward to pick up Xiang Wanwan.
Lu Jingnian, a tall man over 1.8 meters, lifted Xiang Wanwan up in his arms, her legs kicking wildly in the air, as if she wanted to kick Jin Bowen a few more times.
"Lu Jingnian, let me go."
"You pervert, you call yourself a teacher! I'll kick you to death!"
Xiang Wanwan struggled in his arms, and even tried to punch him.
He walked straight ahead and finally saw the person on the ground clearly; it was Jin Bowen.
Lu Jingnian frowned, looked at the person on the ground, then at his angry wife in his arms, and instantly understood what had happened.
Did he ignore what he said before?
Jin Bowen was completely frightened by Xiang Wanwan's fierceness.
Why would someone who is so beautiful and has such a great presence look like this?
This disillusioned him, and the idea of taking Xiang Wanwan to him vanished instantly.
When he saw Lu Jingnian arrive, he picked up his broken glasses from the ground, put them on, pointed at Xiang Wanwan, and his voice trembled.
