Lu Jingnian changed his clothes and then turned and went into the bathroom.
The cold water poured over me finally brought the heat to a complete stop.
After washing up, he tiptoed into the room and got into bed.
Just as she lay down, the restless Xiang Wanwan threw her blanket aside and put her hands and feet on his body.
This release caused Lu Jingnian, who had just calmed down, to feel his heart race again, and a surge of heat coursing through his body.
He removed Xiang Wanwan's hands and feet, but she put them back on. After several repetitions, Lu Jingnian gave up.

He pulled his own blanket over her and then fell asleep.
In the morning, Xiang Wanwan was awakened by the sound of horns on the island.
She rubbed her sleepy eyes, then slowly opened them. When she saw herself clinging to Lu Jingnian like an octopus, she suddenly sat up in bed.

Am I really that thirsty? It's only the first night, and already...
Looking at the sleeping Lu Jingnian, Xiang Wanwan's mind began to wander again.
She followed Lu Jingnian's face down to his abdomen. Although he was wearing pajamas, they clung to his body, revealing his eight-pack abs.

Lu Jingnian laughed out loud.
Xiang Wanwan looked up and realized that he had been awake for a while.
Her face immediately turned bright red.
"What...what time did you get back last night?"
"Ten o'clock."
"Oh, are you hungry? I'll go make you breakfast."
As she was saying this, Xiang Wanwan prepared to get out of bed, but she moved too fast and stepped on her own skirt, falling headfirst off the bed.
Lu Jingnian reacted quickly, grabbing her waist and pulling her back.
He sighed, never expecting that his little wife was so uncoordinated.
Xiang Wanwan felt a large hand pressing tightly against her waist, and her face instantly turned red again.
"that······"
"I'll go!"
Lu Jingnian released her waist, quickly got out of bed, and then took off his pajamas, leaving his upper body naked in front of her.
This time, Xiang Wanwan could clearly see his abs, which were clearly defined, as well as his broad back and narrow waist—it was simply stunning.
She suddenly fell back onto the bed, closed her eyes, and pretended to be asleep.
Lu Jingnian took out a white shirt and trousers from the closet and put them on. He then looked at Xiang Wanwan, who was lying on the bed like an ostrich, and couldn't help but laugh.
A moment later, he walked out of the room.
When he came back last night, the power was already out, so he didn't have time to check the room.
Looking at the house in front of him, he felt a surge of warmth in his heart.
I was too busy with official duties to take care of it before, but after Xiang Wanwan came for only one day, the whole house is bright and much tidier.
Lu Jingnian suddenly felt that her arrival was actually not so bad.
He went to the kitchen, took a look around, and noticed that it felt more lively and welcoming than before.
There was no firewood under the stove, so cooking seemed impossible.
Lu Jingnian planned to go out to the canteen to get two meals, and after finishing breakfast, he would go to collect some firewood and daily necessities.
And fill up the water tank for her too.
He had just stepped out of the kitchen when Xiang Wanwan came out dressed.
"I forgot to tell you, we don't have any firewood at home, so we can't cook."
"Okay, I'll go get some in a bit. You wait for me at home, I'll go to the cafeteria to get some food and come back."
"oh."
As soon as Lu Jingnian stepped out the door, Xiang Wanwan heard a woman shouting outside.
