Chapter 32: Stirred Up a Crab's Nest (1/2)

Xiang Wanwan walked several meters before turning back to look.

Thankfully, they didn't follow!

She took a deep breath and found herself on a deserted beach with many palm trees and a rocky outcrop in front of her.

Walking towards the reef, you'll find many tiger civets and oysters. Their shells are hard and sharp, and you can easily get cut if you're not careful.

These things were clearly not what Xiang Wanwan was after.

She continued walking forward.

Suddenly, a small puddle appeared next to a rock, and a small bubble emerged from the water.

Looking closely, Xiang Wanwan saw that it was a blue crab lying inside, completely still.

She simply picked up the shelf in her hand and clamped it up.

Good heavens!

It's huge!

Xiang Wanwan weighed it in her hand and estimated it to be about seven or eight ounces.

She threw it directly into the bucket.

"Get out of here!"

Continuing to carry the bucket, they walked forward, and after only a few steps, they saw movement coming from a large crevice in the rock.

I crouched down and looked inside, and there was a nest of blue crabs of varying sizes.

Xiang Wanwan was overjoyed.

We're rich! We're rich!

We've found the blue crab's lair!

The rock was too big for Xiang Wanwan to move, so she had to use a frame to try and reach inside to grab it.

After fiddling around for a while, I finally managed to pick out the biggest one.

It was about the same size as the previous one, and both were quite plump.

She looked more closely and saw that there were three more inside, but they were all at the very back, and she couldn't get them out.

Just then, a sudden surge of water rushed up, crashing against the rocks and flowing into the crevices. Startled, the blue crabs inside all rushed out.

Xiang Wanwan reacted quickly and immediately began to clamp down.

A moment later, the three blue crabs were in hand.

She then searched among the rocks for a while and caught four or five more blue crabs, each weighing over five ounces.

Xiang Wanwan felt like she had stirred up a hornet's nest today.

When she came out of the rocky beach, there were already twelve blue crabs in her bucket, half full of them, all green.

As she continued walking back, she saw the sandworm again.

And there are quite a few in this area.

The sandworm lay in the sand, with half of its head sticking out.

Xiang Wanwan's eyes widened, and she couldn't help but lick her lips.

Sandworms are best used to make porridge.

She gently picked it up with tongs, then rinsed it in a small puddle to remove the sand from her body.

"Wow, it's pretty fat!"

Sandworms are highly nutritious and a great tonic. If we get them all back and cook porridge with spring water, it will be incredibly delicious.

And it can also help Lu Jingnian get some nourishment!

I've heard that this stuff can also nourish yin and enhance yang, but I don't know if it's true.

Xiang Wanwan looked at this area again, and her movements quickened.

In just a short while, I had already collected more than a pound of sandworms.

"That's enough to eat."

She looked into the bucket; it was almost full.

Standing up, I looked into the distance and saw the azure sky merging with the sea, dotted with fluffy white clouds—it was simply breathtaking.

If she had a cell phone, she would have taken dozens of photos of him.

On the way back, I ran into Sister Wang.

She looked at Xiang Wanwan with a mournful expression and complained, "Wanwan, how was your day?"

"I found a pound of clams and a small fish today."

Xiang Wanwan looked into her bucket. The large iron bucket was filled with seafood that wasn't even covered at the bottom.

She couldn't help but sigh, "This is the difference between having a cheat code and not having one."

Fortunately, she had the green elf who could find treasure.
