Gu's mother kept nagging in Gu Mingche's ear, saying bad things about Ruan Mowei, and asked Gu Mingche to go to the Huo family to apologize.

The sudden sound coming from the entrance startled the two people on the sofa. They turned around and saw that it was Ruan Mowei. They immediately distanced themselves from each other.
Ruan Mowei took a deep breath and tried hard to suppress the shock in her heart. She pretended nothing had happened and walked over and sat next to Gu Mingche with a smile.
"Why didn't you tell me beforehand when you came? I could have made some preparations."
Ruan Mowei leaned her head affectionately on Gu Mingche's shoulder, her eyes looking in the direction of Meng Yao, as if hinting at something.

Gu Mingche smiled faintly, pulled his arm out of Ruan Mowei's hand, picked up the mobile phone on the coffee table and started playing with it casually.
Gu Mingche's action was just unintentional, but it gave Ruan Mowei the illusion that he was angry.
Ruan Mowei immediately became panicked. After hesitating for a long time, she pretended that Gu Mingche had never said that and went to the kitchen to prepare dinner for the two of them tonight.
Because of this little episode, Ruan Mowei was absent-minded the whole night, always feeling as if something was about to happen.
