270 I wish I could worship her as a female bodhisattva

After Fu Zhengtu went on a business trip, the child looked a little depressed.

He was used to seeing his parents and uncle every day.

Every day I sit on the stone steps at the door, looking up at the sky from time to time to see if there are any planes flying by.

However, it did not.

Chen Chen is so disappointed.

That day, Su Taotao went to the town for "negotiation" and took Chen Chen and Fu Yuanhang with her and sent them to Tang's home first.

The two old people hadn't seen dust for a while and were extremely happy.

Especially Old Wu, he wanted to cook everything he knew for the benefit of others.

Fu Yuanhang went to learn painting from Mr. Tang, while Chenchen chatted with Mr. Wu in the kitchen:

"Grandpa Wu~~ My dad took a plane~~ and went to a very far place~~ I also want to take a plane~~"

Old Wu's heart skipped a beat. When an adult spoke to a child like this, it usually meant something big had happened.

Could it be that Fu Zhengtu...

But Old Wu can't speak, and Chen Chen can't fully understand his sign language. The communication between the old and the young is entirely based on half guessing, and Old Wu can only make anxious "uh uh uh" sounds.

Chenchen said to himself: "Grandpa Wu~~ My dad will be here in ten days~~ But I miss him so much right now~~"

Come back in ten days? Only then did Old Wu realize that he might be wrong.

He nodded happily, touched Chen Chen's head, and gave him a thumbs up, "Hmmmm..."

Chen Chen squinted his eyes: "I also think my dad is great~~"

The child began to look through his schoolbag: "Grandpa Wu, let me show you the photos. My dad said he would look at the photos when he missed him."

The kids were having a great time playing with the grandparents, and Su Taotao's "negotiation" was also going smoothly.

The first draft of her plan had been approved by both the base leaders and the local leaders, except for some final details and additional clauses.

The clause that has been the subject of much controversy is that concerning staffing arrangements.

Su Taotao wants to gain more autonomy. She is personally opposed to nepotism, and the family workshop way of employing people is the most undesirable in her opinion.

This is also an important reason why many family businesses go extinct.

Naturally, "the higher-ups" also want to arrange more of "their own people" in. After all, the factory is state-owned. There is no problem with Su Taotao being the factory director, but as for the deputy factory director, secretary, and heads of various departments... "the higher-ups" want at least half of the positions in the main leadership team, even if not all of them.

In fact, the two sides have argued several times over this matter.

Su Taotao understood that all factories these days were state-owned, so it was no problem for the leader of the "small workshop" at the base to delegate authority to her.

However, as the largest food factory in the area or even in the entire city, it is basically impossible for Su Taotao to monopolize all the power.

If the water is too clear, there will be no fish. Small workshops have their own way of survival, and large factories have their own workplace ecology.

In the end, a compromise was reached and the result of the negotiation was that Su Taotao asked for two deputy factory director positions, and the secretary and another deputy factory director were appointed directly from above.

As for other leadership team positions, we will try our best to adopt the principle of fair and open recruitment and appoint capable people to the positions.

Even if it is a delegation, the person must first pass Su Taotao's assessment. If the assessment fails and the assigned person is not suitable for the job, Su Taotao has the right to request a replacement.

The same goes for general workers. They can be recommended, but the prerequisite is that they meet the recruitment requirements, and no one can just randomly put people into the factory.

What Su Taotao meant was that if the factory wanted to have a broad and long road ahead, it must first work hard on management. Standardized management must be implemented from personnel to production, and people must be the focus. Then, product quality must be well controlled. Once word of mouth and brand are established, orders will naturally come rolling in.

The leaders didn’t know what “people-oriented” and “established brand” meant, but when Su Taotao said it, it sounded very impressive.

Local leaders actually wanted to delegate management power directly to Su Taotao, but they had to report to their superiors and also needed "eyes" to keep an eye on the situation in the factory.

After all, this is the first time that such a large-scale factory has been built in this small place. All parties attach great importance to it and need cooperation from all parties.

If Su Taotao does a good job, their performance this year will be good.

If it is true as Su Taotao said, that they can become a local benchmark factory or a leading unit, it is not impossible for their positions to jump up three levels.

They want Su Taotao to achieve results more than anyone else and they want to treat her like a female Bodhisattva. How could they go against her wishes?

But I dare not give up power completely. I always have to have a string in my hand to feel safe.

Su Taotao actually doesn't care. She just does what she should do and behaves as she should.

They will not change their way of doing things just because there are more "spies" in the factory.

The leader is not satisfied with her, or she fails to meet the leader's expectations, or the management philosophies of both parties are inconsistent, and a more suitable manager emerges.

She can abdicate at any time.

If you are not welcome here, there are other places for you.

She also has Fu Zhengtu as her backup.

In that era of material shortages, when tickets were needed to buy everything and people had money but nowhere to spend it, the salary earned by her husband was enough to provide the whole family with good food and drink.

In short, she was very confident and not afraid at all.

She was actually very curious about what kind of secretary her superiors would send to work with her.

Ps: Thank you for your concern, and please take care of yourself and stay safe.
