Chapter 103: Quarrel

Daniu stood in Li Yan's yard, looking around curiously. When he saw Li Yan coming out of her room, he suddenly remembered the snacks she promised him that day and asked, "Didn't you say you would give me snacks? I haven't seen any yet!"

Li Yan was completely embarrassed.

Looking at the child's eager eyes, Li Yan slapped her head and suddenly remembered the bag of snacks that Miss Zheng gave her last time, which was still in the house.

He hurried back to the room to get it out.

"Come and eat." He put the snacks on the table and went to the room to find Lin.

When Da Niu saw the snacks on the table, he immediately pushed away Maomao who was standing in front of him, rushed forward, picked up a piece, stuffed it into his mouth, and then filled his hands with it.

Maomao looked at the two remaining pieces of cake in the oil-paper package and curled his lips. He felt like crying. What should he do? He just didn't like this cousin. Every time he came home, he would snatch food from him. As long as his cousin came, he would no longer be his mother's favorite baby.

Maomao angrily swept the oil paper bag on the table to the ground!

Seeing his little cousin sweeping the remaining cakes onto the ground, Da Niu hurriedly picked up the cakes on the ground and said, "Cousin, if you don't want to eat them, just leave them for me. Why waste snacks!" As he said that, he blew the dust off the cakes and stuffed them into his mouth.

While eating, I exclaimed: "It's delicious!"

Maomao was so angry about his cousin's behavior that he burst into tears. He hated his cousin.

Hearing the noise, Li Yan walked over to Maomao, hugged the little guy and coaxed him, "What's wrong? Why are you crying for no reason?"

Maomao sobbed and pointed at Da Niu, saying, "He ate all the snacks!"

Daniu ran to Li Yan and complained, "Second sister, he swept the cakes to the ground and I picked them up and ate them, but he started crying first!"

At this time, Dayong, who was standing aside, recounted to Li Yan what had just happened.

Li Yan finally understood the whole story and had to comfort her cousin first.

Mrs. Wu, who heard the noise next door, came over to check and found out that the children were quarreling over food, so she didn't ask any more questions.

He took out a hundred coins from his pocket and handed them to Li Yan: "I have guests at home and I don't have any meat dishes. Take this money and buy me a silver carp!"

Li Yan took the money and said to Dayong, "Go back and see if my grandma can help you."

She waved to Maomao again and said, "Stop crying. Come on, I'll take you to buy some big fish."

Maomao was happy now, and took his sister's hand and went out together.

Da Niu looked at the two people who had already left the door, sniffed his nose and shouted, "I want to go too!" Then he trotted after them.

The roads in the village were already bumpy, and the big cow wearing straw sandals accidentally fell down.

His eyes immediately turned red from the pain. He endured the pain and climbed up, then chased after the two of them.

Li Yan stopped walking when she heard the noise behind her. Seeing that the child didn't cry after falling, but got up and ran towards her again, her impression of the little boy improved a lot.

Maomao was amused when he saw his cousin fall down. He pouted and said to his cousin who was chasing him, "Second sister, we won't take him with us. He's so annoying. He always steals my things!"

The big bull who caught up with him shamelessly put his arm around Maomao's shoulders and said, "Cousin, don't be so stingy. At worst, I'll share the delicious food with you when you come to my house."

Maomao didn't believe it, he snorted and turned his head away. Li Yan looked at her little cousin who was making a fuss with amusement, and the three of them went to Zhoujia Village.
