Chapter 342 A distinguished guest arrives
Ye Mingzhu opened the door, and it was not Ye Yunan and the other person she thought, but Yu Jiaming and a middle-aged man she didn't know.
"Mingzhu, we are in the town to do some business. Come and sit down with us." Yu Jiaming glanced at the middle-aged man and took the initiative to speak.
"Everyone in the family is out, please come in, Lord Yu." Ye Mingzhu respectfully invited the two to go inside, then quickly ran next door and asked the doorman to inform Aunt Jiang that someone had come to the house.

When Yu Jiaming said this, Ye Mingzhu just came in from outside. She tried to calm her breathing and put on a smile on her face: "Please come in, my lords."

"Letter?" the middle-aged man said, "Show me the letter."
Ye Mingzhu frowned and looked at him without moving.
Knowing his noble status and listening to what he says are two different concepts.
Yu Jiaming's eyebrows twitched and he quickly looked at the middle-aged man.
The middle-aged man was not angry. He introduced himself, "My last name is Zheng. I'm here to look for someone. I've already asked Jiang Hongyu for help. I'm here to find out his whereabouts."
Yu Jiaming didn't wait for Ye Mingzhu to speak, and rushed to say, "Mingzhu, this is Mr. Zheng."
Ye Mingzhu heard a bit of anxiety in Yu Jiaming's tone. She stood up, bowed to the two of them, and went to the backyard to get the letter.
Lord Zheng looked at Yu Jiaming and said, "I won't do anything to her."
Yu Jiaming bowed his head and said respectfully, "Thank you, sir."
"I'm a little curious, are you close to her? Or are you close to her husband?" Lord Zheng leaned back in his chair, looking relaxed.
Yu Jiaming's face turned pale. He calmed himself down before saying, "Brother Jiang and I have a good relationship. Ye Mingzhu is like my sister."
Lord Zheng nodded and said casually, "Given your status, it's a blessing for her to recognize her as your sister."
Yu Jiaming forced a smile: "But Brother Jiang and I have a good relationship, so let's just talk about it."
Lord Zheng was a little surprised. From what Yu Jiaming said, it seemed that Ye Mingzhu was unwilling. For a moment, he became interested in Ye Mingzhu.
Ye Mingzhu went back to get the letter and walked slowly to the front yard. She kept complaining in her heart, wondering where this Lord Zheng came from and how he actually wanted to read other people's family letters.
Fortunately, Jiang Hongyu only reported that he was safe in the letter. If he had said anything else, it would have been so embarrassing.
Although she walked slowly, the house was small after all, so it didn't take her long to go back and forth.
Ye Mingzhu handed the envelope to Mr. Zheng: "This was found at the door two days ago by the servants at home."
When Lord Zheng received the envelope, he did not open it immediately. Instead, he looked it over and asked, "Did you see the person who delivered the letter?"
"No, it was already inside the door when the servants found it." Ye Mingzhu told the truth.
"In other words, we don't know who sent it and when?" Lord Zheng stared at the envelope and thought for a moment before opening it to check.
He looked at the thin page for a quarter of an hour, fumbled with the paper again, and then handed it to Yu Jiaming: "Take a look."
Yu Jiaming took the letter and read through its contents in just a few glances. He then turned the paper over and over again, reading it twice before saying, "This paper is very common, and it's found almost everywhere in the city."
Ye Mingzhu then understood that these two people wanted to find out where Jiang Hongyu was from the paper, but they had just said that Jiang Hongyu had gone to do something for them. Could it be that they couldn't contact him either?
Originally, Ye Mingzhu was not worried, but when she thought of this, she couldn't help but feel a little worried. Did Jiang Hongyu encounter something? Otherwise, why couldn't she contact him? Her face looked a little ugly.

Aunt Jiang came hurriedly from the house next door: "Mingzhu, was there anyone at home just now?"
Ye Mingzhu nodded, took Aunt Jiang's arm and walked into the house, closing the door behind her. "Mother, just now, Master Yu brought an adult here. He read the letter Hongyu left, and then left without saying anything."

When Ye Yun'an opened his eyes in a daze and saw Jiang Hongyu, he thought he was seeing things.
"Brother-in-law? You're back?"
The surprise on Ye Yun'an's face quickly turned into joy: "Brother-in-law, you're back? Did you bring anything for us?"
Ludou was sleeping next to Ye Yun'an and was woken up by his voice. He rubbed his eyes and sat up, looking at Ye Yun'an and Jiang Hongyu in a daze.
