Chapter 63 Mushroom Meat Sauce

Lu Chenlin and Lu Chenyao looked at each other, then lowered their heads to think.

After a long while, Lu Chenlin raised his hand and said, "Mom, I understand. I will play with fire, and then I might ignite other firewood."

Zhang Anan listened and rubbed his head, then looked at Lu Chenyao.

"Mom, the fire is on and the pot will get hot. I might hurt myself when I pour something in it."

Zhang Anan hugged her.

"You're great. You spoke out and considered it from your own perspective. That's great. But let me add one more thing. If you don't do it right, our whole house will burn down, and you and your brothers and sisters will be in danger."

Zhang Anan looked at Lu Chenlin seriously and said,

"Remember this, you must not play with fire casually, understand? Before doing anything, always consider whether you can bear the consequences. What if the house really catches fire?"

"And you, what if you accidentally fall into the hot pot? The things we don't ask you to do are basically things you can't do now. If you want to help, there will be plenty of time for you to work in the future. Don't complain when the time comes."

Lu Chenlin and Lu Chenyao were frightened by their mother's seriousness, and they looked at their mother with tears in their eyes.

"Mom, we understand. We will pay attention next time."

Zhang Anan hugged them and comforted them, "Mom, I'm not criticizing you. I'm just telling you to consider the consequences of your actions. Okay, don't cry, you are my good children."

"Mom, we remember this."

Zhang Anan hugged them and comforted them for a long time before their tears stopped.

Outside the room, Lu Ming looked at the two little babies playing with each other and had no idea how to educate them.

When he first came, he was a skinny and timid little baby, but now he looks like a normal baby.

"Dad, come play with us."

The original father-son education ended up with Lu Ming playing in the mud with them.

When Zhang Anan came out, she saw the three of them, father and son, playing in the mud outside the door.

I feel a little speechless.

"You two, why don't you go play too!?"

I found a chair and lay down to watch the father and his son playing.

A "pop" sound woke Zhang Anan up.

"What are you doing? Why don't you play anymore?"

"What are you doing? Hurry up and clean up the mushrooms. Otherwise, they will all go bad in the basket and all our work today will be in vain."

"Oh, I forgot about it. Hurry up! There is still some sunshine in the afternoon." Zhang Anan reacted and got up immediately.

"Wow, these are all things we picked up. How come there are so many?"

"Separate the good from the bad, put aside the unknown and uncertain, and have mushroom stew for dinner."

Lu Ming told her how to divide it.

"Okay, got it. Hurry up, you're taking too long."

It took them more than an hour to clean up.

You can imagine how big the backpacks they carried were.

Zhang Anan was a little worried about how to dry the flowers because they didn't have the tools.

Lu Ming closed his eyes and thought for a while, then went straight into the house and came out with a thin bamboo stick.

"Use this to hang them up, and don't wear too many at a time."

"Finally finished wearing them, there are so many!"

“There’s not much left after you dry it.”

"What are we going to do with these spoiled ones? Don't you want them anymore? We can't finish them today!"

Zhang Anan fiddled with it a few times and found some minor problems, either a hole here or a break there.

"Clean these and have a meal. Make mushroom and meat sauce with the rest. Bring a few bottles to Qianqian and the others later."

"Okay, okay, I'll clean it up, you go ahead and chop the meat. Or how about I chop the meat and you clean it up?"

"Okay, you wash it, and ask the two older ones to help. I'll go chop the meat. Give me some of the meat from your place. The meat from your place tastes better. I'll make some for you."

Zhang Anan was so excited that she reached out and hugged Lu Ming, burying her head in his chest. "Thank you, thank you so much. It's great to have you, hehe."

Lu Ming stroked her soft black hair and said lovingly, "Just know how good I am. Remember to pay me back in the future."

"What are you going to do? Go chop the meat quickly, or it will be too late today. It's getting late."

Seeing that the topic had unconsciously deviated, Zhang Anan immediately and abruptly turned it back.

Lu Ming smiled and said nothing more, then turned around to wash things.

Zhang Anan threw down a large piece of meat and ran out to do his own thing.

The two of them and their four children were busy until dark.

"Lu Chenlin, come and give me a back massage,"

Zhang Anan rubbed his sore back and hurriedly called his assistant for help.

"Mom, I'm here." The little hands immediately started tapping rhythmically.

"Dong Dong Dong"

Lu Ming's hands were sore from rubbing, and he didn't want to cook anymore, so he just cooked a handful of noodles and paired it with the freshly made mushroom and meat sauce.

"Okay, come and eat."

"Dad, it smells so good, so fragrant." Lu Chenhao praised with drool.

"Then eat more."

The family of six finished the whole bowl of noodles. If Lu Ming hadn't stopped him, Lu Chenlin would have had his stomach broken.

"It's delicious. I'll make some more to store." Zhang Anan put her hands on her hips, looking like she was savoring the taste.

Lu Ming looked at her with amusement. "Isn't that enough for you?"

Zhang Anan tilted his head and stretched out his hands to count. "Give some to my little sister, some to Brother Jianxin, some to the old house, and some over there." He pointed his finger in the direction of the cowshed. "There's not much left!"
