Chapter 183 Everything will be over tomorrow!

Chapter 183 Everything will be over tomorrow!

She pointed at a bodyguard and motioned him over, "There are more here."

The bodyguard didn't dare to delay and hurried over. Wen Sining pointed to the boxes next to him and said, "Move all these out!"

The moment the bodyguard bent down to lift the box, he blocked the camera for her. Wen Sining opened the box swiftly, and with a quick glance, she finally saw a thick book at the bottom of the box. This should be the account book!

When the bodyguard was about to leave, she called him back, "Wait, move this first! Hurry up."

She pointed at the box in front of her, her heart beating wildly.

The bodyguard took a look and noticed that the box was darker in color, but there was nothing unusual about it.

"Okay, I'll move it right away." The bodyguard put down the box in his hand, walked over and picked up the box in front of Wen Sining.

After all the boxes were loaded onto the truck, Wen Sining urged them to rush to the dock so that they could be shipped away as soon as possible.

"Shipping is inherently slower than air shipping. You'll be arriving at the dock soon. Urge the captain to ship out the ship quickly. Don't let us arrive in Country M before the goods arrive."

The bodyguard heard Wen Sining's concerns and told her not to worry, saying that they would set sail after all the things were moved onto the ship.

Wen Sining finally breathed a sigh of relief only after the car disappeared from her sight.

She just hoped that the ship would have left before He Chengli returned.

He Chengli didn't go home all day. It was not until Wen Sining finished dinner that the sound of the door opening was finally heard.

Wen Sining's heart suddenly sank, and she pretended to be calm as she looked towards the door.

He Chengli changed his shoes, took off his suit jacket, and walked in.

But before he took a few steps, his gaze stopped on the huge mural and his brows furrowed slightly.

"Si Ning, did you open the secret door today?"

Wen Sining nodded and said calmly, "Didn't you ask someone to move things today? I asked them to move my boxes as well."

"What?" He Chengli's face darkened. He strode towards the mural and opened the secret door.

When he saw that there was nothing behind the door, his face turned gloomy and a cold aura emanated from his whole body.

He raised his eyes and cast a cold gaze at Wen Sining: "Have all the things inside been taken away?"

"Yes," Wen Sining nodded, looking confused. "What's wrong? Didn't you say that everything in here is mine? Then is there any problem with me dealing with my things?"

He Chengli realized that he had lost his composure. He quickly calmed down and patiently explained, "Of course it's okay for you to handle these things. It's just that there's so much money here. If we ship it all by sea, if something goes wrong along the way, it will all be lost."

"Aren't your goods also shipped by sea? Aren't they okay?" Wen Sining replied nonchalantly.

He Chengli was stunned for a moment, then chuckled unnaturally: "Yes, you're right, my voice was a little loud."

"I'll go to the study to take care of some things first. You go and have a rest." After saying this, He Chengli strode towards the second floor.

Wen Sining looked at his back and guessed what he was going to do.

He was going to check the surveillance to see if the box containing the account books had been touched by anyone.

Wen Sining did not return to the room, but went out. She went to a public telephone booth on the side of the road, took out a piece of paper from her pocket, and dialed the number on it.

It took more than an hour from the time Wen Sining left to the time she came back. When she returned, He Chengli was sitting on the sofa waiting for her.

"You're back? Where did you go?"

As soon as Wen Sining opened the door, He Chengli's voice came faintly.

Seeing that she didn't say anything, He Chengli frowned and turned around to see that Wen Sining's face was covered with tears.

His face tightened, and he strode up to her, put his hands on her shoulders, and asked with concern: "What's wrong? Who bullied you?"

Wen Sining shook off his hand and said in a muffled voice: "None of your business!"

"Sister Nian is right. None of you men are good. You say nice things and those things are mine, but you get angry when I just want to move them away first."

"I was arrogant and overestimated my importance in your heart. I don't want the money anymore. Go back to Country M by yourself!"

Wen Sining was about to leave when He Chengli held her hand and stopped her.

"What are you saying in anger? We're going to Country M together tomorrow. I said I'm giving you the money, so it's yours. I was a little harsh just now. I apologize."

"Si Ning, please don't be angry. Please forgive me, okay? I will never lose my temper with you again. Please give me one chance, okay?"

Wen Sining still didn't speak.

He Chengli sighed softly and told her his concerns, "The closer we get to leaving, the more worried I am about something unexpected happening. Si Ning, I care about you too much. I'm worried that you won't want to go to Country M with me. I'm worried that something might happen before we leave, so I'm so cautious."

"But it's all right. We're leaving here tomorrow. I won't be so suspicious anymore."

Wen Sining looked at him, the expression on her face softened a little, and her tone was no longer aggressive. "I've already agreed to go to Country M with you. You're the only one I'll know over there. Please don't let me down again."

"I promise I will never make you sad again."

He Chengli said, touching the top of her head, "Go and rest, we have to leave very early tomorrow."

Wen Sining returned to her room and lay on the bed with her eyes open, completely unable to sleep.

The thought of a difficult battle tomorrow made her so nervous and anxious that she couldn't sleep.

Whenever she got nervous, she would think of Lu Jinkun. Wen Sining only hoped that she could complete the task safely and smoothly tomorrow.

Will it all end tomorrow? It will all end tomorrow!

Wen Sining stayed awake all night until dawn. She put on some light makeup to cover the dark circles under her eyes.

After changing her clothes and coming down, she saw He Chengli busy in the kitchen.

Her aunt whispered to her, "Miss Wen, Mr. He got up before dawn today and said he wanted to make breakfast for you himself. This is the first time I've seen Mr. He make breakfast for a girl."

He Chengli turned around with the plate in his hand, and when he met Wen Sining's calm gaze, he paused.

Smiling, he called her, "Come and try the breakfast I made."

Wen Sining looked at the fried eggs in front of her. Although they didn’t look good, they smelled particularly delicious.

"Why do you suddenly want to make breakfast yourself?" Wen Sining asked him puzzledly.

He Chengli slowly helped her cut the eggs, a faint smile on his face, "I want you to leave behind good memories on your last day in Hong Kong City."

Wen Sining's heart skipped a beat. She didn't know whether it was beautiful or not. She only knew that today would leave He Chengli with unforgettable memories.

She smiled and said, "Chengli, thank you."

He Chengli's eyes were gentle: "Eat quickly, we'll set off after you finish eating."
