Chapter 539: Setting an Example for New Soldiers
Li Mei's sneaky behavior made Lu Sihui very disgusted. If she had something to say, she could just say it during the day. Why did she stick to her in the middle of the night? What on earth did she want to do?
"Squad leader, my family sent me some jujubes in the mail. They are very sweet and good for women's health. Women in my family eat jujubes after giving birth. They replenish blood. I left a pack for you."
Li Mei secretly stuffed a package next to Lu Sihui's pillow with a flattering smile on her face.
Lu Sihui frowned. This Li Mei usually likes to take advantage of others, so when did she become so generous?
"I don't want it. I don't want to eat it."
Lu Sihui refused coldly. After being plotted against so many times, she had learned to be smart.
I took the dates here, and tomorrow Li Mei will go to the team leader to complain, saying that she asked for gifts, so I will be the one to be put in solitary confinement and given a serious warning.
"Keep it! It's too cold. I'm going to sleep."
Li Mei stuffed the dates onto Lu Sihui's pillow without giving any explanation and went back to her bed.
Lu Sihui looked at her coldly for a while, made up her mind, closed her eyes and fell asleep quietly.
The next morning, when the wakeup call sounded, Lu Sihui led the whole class to quickly get dressed, fold quilts, and wash up.
They have become accustomed to it, so they can do it very quickly.
"Put the wash basins in place, don't wait for others to check and find out the problem."
Lu Sihui took a quick look around and saw that there were no problems. She then ordered everyone in the class to check themselves.
"There's something. Li Mei brought me a bag of dates last night and asked me to share them with everyone. I'll share them with you after we finish our morning exercises. Thank you, Li Mei."
Before other teams came to check, Lu Sihui took out the dates given by Li Mei and showed them to everyone.
"Thank you, Li Mei. You are so great. I just had a stomachache during my period. Drinking red dates and ginger in water is just right for me."
Huang Yaomei went over and hugged the dumbfounded Li Mei, and spoke loudly in her ear.
"Thank you, Li Mei."
The remaining few people came over to thank Li Mei. She forced a stiff smile and said, "You're welcome. Let's eat together."
He stared at Lu Sihui with such a deadly look in his eyes.
She couldn't bear to eat those dates herself, and just wanted to please Lu Sihui, but she didn't expect that she would generously give them away. Thinking about these things being shared by other people, her heart bleeds.
"Inspect military affairs."
The veteran squad leader came over with his female soldiers and looked around critically.
She frowned, unable to find anything wrong. When she saw the bag in Huang Yaomei's hand, she went over to question her.
"We're about to go out for exercise, what are you doing with this?"
"There's still time. She has a stomachache and is having her period. She wants to take a pill. Is that not a problem?"
Lu Sihui took a step forward and looked at the squad leader coldly. He always came to cause trouble, which was a bit annoying for her.
"Hurry up and gather at the training ground."

Lu Sihui replied indifferently, saying that she was overreaching and meddling in too many matters.
