Chapter 295: No One Can Live There Anymore

Jiang Shanshan said so much, but found that the little girl was just laughing and didn't respond at all. Suddenly, he poked her forehead with his hand, feeling both amused and helpless. "What are you thinking about? Did you hear what I said? You are still laughing so happily."

Ali smiled foolishly again, "Sister Shanshan, I'll come to see you every day, and you can scold me every day. I like it when you scold me."

Jiang Shanshan was stunned for a moment, then smiled and poked her forehead gently with her hand, "What nonsense are you talking about? How can anyone be talked about by others?"

"As for me, I just like being talked to by Sister Shanshan. I like listening to Sister Shanshan nagging me." She said with a sweet smile.

"Sister Shanshan, you may not know that when I hear you nagging me, I feel like my mother is by my side. Maybe those who have mothers around them feel the same way as I do when their mothers nag them." She said with a smile.

Jiang Shanshan felt sad after hearing her words. He reached out and touched the top of her head. "If you are fine, you can come and sit with me. How is your grandma? Is she okay?"

"Well, grandma is in good health now. The meals at home are well prepared. Grandma and I are not sick much anymore. But I came here this time to see you, Sister Shanshan, at the request of Uncle Fan." Ali said.

Jiang Shanshan immediately sat up straight. She knew who the Uncle Fan that Ali was talking about was.

"Uncle Fan asked you to come to me for something?"

"It seems that Aunt Chen has a cough. Uncle Fan asked me to ask you if there is any medicine for Aunt Chen to take."

When Jiang Shanshan heard this, he immediately went to look in the cabinet and finally took out a few pills from the cabinet.

"Ali, go back first. I'll go check on Uncle Fan. Be careful on the way back."

Ali nodded, and the two of them came out at the same time. When they reached the door, one went up the mountain and the other went towards the end of the village.

Jiang Shanshan was sweating all over as she walked up the mountain. When she stopped, a gust of cold wind blew past, making her shiver all over.

As she walked to the cowshed, she heard Aunt Shen's suppressed cough.

Jiang Shanshan quickened his pace and walked in.

The three people who were warming themselves by the fire in the room heard the noise, turned their heads at the same time, and soon saw Jiang Shanshan walking in.

"Aunt Chen, why are you coughing?" Jiang Shanshan walked in and first touched her forehead with his hand. After confirming that she didn't have a fever, he felt relieved.

Aunt Chen smiled at Jiang Shanshan who was concerned about her.

The three of them stayed here, and the only one who could feel the warmth was the girl in front of them.

If she hadn't helped them from time to time, they didn't know what their lives would be like.

"Aunt Shen, you're still smiling. Take your medicine quickly." She took out a few pills from her pocket.

Aunt Chen took a look at the pills and without asking any questions, she picked up the water cup beside her and swallowed the pills in one gulp.

Jiang Shanshan waited until she finished taking the medicine and began to look around their cowshed.

This cowshed is supported by some wood, the roof is covered with leaves and straw, and it is surrounded by branches. It can't keep out the cold at all.

"This kind of house is usually okay to live in on hot days, but it's so cold now that this place is completely uninhabitable. You guys pack up your things today, and I'll talk to the village chief and ask him to agree to let you move into my house to spend the winter," she said.
