Chapter 190 The First Trial

When we got downstairs, we found that the place was already full of armored vehicles.

"Dear trial participants, please group ten people into one car and do not sit randomly!" a notice came from the loudspeaker.

Pan Han and nine other people got into a car with a driver and a guide.

After everyone was seated, the guide gave each trial participant a small package.

"Everyone, please check your packages, take out the bracelets inside and put them on your wrists."

Pan Han followed the instructions, took out the bracelet and put it on tightly.

"We are about to go to the first level, the zombie siege. This bracelet can display your vital signs, location information, number of kills and other information. Don't lose it." The guide explained.

At this time, the large convoy began to set off, and the yellow dust in the sky blurred the trial base.

Pan Han nodded silently in the direction of Cheng Xiao, and composed himself for the last time, preparing to face the trial.

"Thirty kilometers away is the place where zombies are besieging the city. After you enter, you can attack the zombies at will, but you cannot attack other trial-takers. The equipment we provide is equipped with a positioning device. You can find it by following the instructions on the bracelet." The guide explained with no expression.

"I say, are there really tens of billions in there?" asked a tough guy with a flat head.

"You'll know when you get in."

"Tsk, so mysterious. Let me tell you, if there are too few zombies, there won't be enough for me to kill!"

"You can only come out after you kill them all. It's up to the Twelve Zodiac Signs to decide how many zombies to release." Another short man said coldly.

Pan Han didn't say anything, thinking in his heart, if 10 billion were really released, it would take who knows when these 200+ people would stop killing.

The tough guy snorted and said nothing more. The atmosphere in the car became oppressive, and everyone was silently preparing for the upcoming trial.

About ten minutes later, the armored convoy slowly stopped.

A city surrounded by high walls appeared before everyone.

More than twenty armored vehicles spread out and drove towards the base of the high wall, each vehicle about half a kilometer apart.

Another half hour passed, and the armored vehicles were evenly spread out around the high wall.

The guide stood up and looked directly at the people in the car.

"We have arrived at the zombie siege. Please note that after entering the city, you can only act alone until you complete the first level of the mission." He said clearly with a cold tone.

The door of the armored vehicle opened and a gust of cold wind blew in.

Bang! A flare was launched into the air, and a gap opened in the high wall. The guide motioned for everyone to go through the gap.

Pan Han took a deep breath and silently said, "Inside and outside the walls, everything is fate!"

Bang! The breach in the wall closed.

The trial officially begins!

The trial participants all looked around the city environment.

The surroundings were gray, with broken walls and ruins, and it was quiet and eerie, as if zombies might appear at any time.

The only difference from other dilapidated cities is that there are a lot of tall buildings here.

They took a deep breath of cold air, as if they could smell the blood and breath of death in the air.

"That's it? It's not as scary as ours! I'm leaving first, you guys just wait and see." A trial participant suddenly rushed out and headed straight for the nearest tall building.

After he left, the other trial participants also began to slowly disperse and explore.

Pan Han looked around, identified another tall building, and ran straight towards it.

He wanted to find a commanding height to see the overall situation.

Also, what about zombies?

Why can't I feel any breath at all?

So strange, so weird!

Pan Han walked faster and faster, his figure flashed in the empty streets, and the gravel under his feet made a crackling sound.

He walked quickly through the streets and headed straight for the target building.

Arriving at the building and pushing open the half-fallen door, a musty smell hit me in the face.

The hall was empty. Pan Han looked around and found a staircase.

Without pausing, he entered the stairwell and began to climb.

First floor, second floor, third floor...

The rapid ascent made his breathing a little rapid, but this did not affect his speed. Every time he passed a floor, he would pause briefly to listen to the movements around him.

However, the silence seemed to swallow him up, with only the sound of his own breathing and heartbeat echoing in his ears.

Suddenly, a sense of foreboding came over me.

It was as if something was staring at him.

Pan Han stopped and looked around suddenly.

Next to the stairs was a windowless door, as if there was a threat inside.

Pan Han didn't have any weapons in his hands, so he didn't dare to be careless.

I had no choice but to stick to the door and listen to the noise inside.

There was still dead silence, so quiet that it was scary.

"Just die! I'm here to kill zombies." Pan Han took a deep breath and turned the door handle.

Creak! The door opened.

"Fuck!" Pan Han shouted out loudly.

It turned out that there was a conference room of over a thousand square meters, densely packed with zombies.

Each one had their eyes closed and was in a deep sleep.

The sound of the door opening immediately woke them up.

"Damn it, I was wondering why there weren't any zombies outside. Turns out they were hiding inside the building. They knew we'd be on high ground observing the situation. Luckily we didn't go to the roof, otherwise we wouldn't be able to escape."

In an instant, Pan Han's brain worked rapidly and he figured out many things.

Turn around and run!

We definitely can’t defeat so many zombies.

However, the zombies had been awakened and chased Pan Han out.

When Pan Han ran downstairs, he found many buildings nearby and some trial-takers were running out.

Yes! They are all people who have been infected like me.

At this moment, the bracelet vibrated to remind him, and a holographic map was projected in front of him.
