Chapter 372 Little Female Headache
"Little female, are you awake?" Yun Hai's excited voice rang out in the cave, with a hint of joy that was hard to conceal in that voice.
He stared at the little female who had just awakened on the stone bed, his eyes full of concern.
"My head hurts..."
Just as the little female was about to move her body, a layer of mist appeared in her eyes.
Her brows were furrowed, her small lips trembled slightly, and the headache came in waves like a tide, making it almost unbearable for her.
"You hurt your head, it must hurt."
Another gentle voice was heard, and the little female turned her head with effort and saw that it was a young and beautiful witch doctor.
She has long, shiny black hair, which is simply tied behind her head with a colorful vine. She has fair skin and eyes as bright as the twinkling stars in the night sky.
She then asked softly, "Little female, which tribe are you from? How did you get injured and faint in the woods? If Yun Hai hadn't rescued you, you would have died!"
But a trace of confusion flashed across the eyes of the little female in front of him.
She covered her head tightly, as if trying to squeeze out a trace of memory about her identity from the pain: "Which tribe am I from... I am... I am... Why can't I remember?"
Her voice was tearful, and every word was filled with fear and helplessness.
"Then do you remember your name?" Witch doctor Jiang Yunyun continued to ask patiently. She gently held the little female's hand, trying to give her some comfort.
The little female shook her head, and tears fell like beads that had broken off the string.
A wave of panic surged through her heart. How come she couldn't even remember her own name?
It felt like she was suddenly in a dark, foggy forest, with no direction, no familiar things, only endless unknowns.
And whenever she thought about it, her head would hurt so badly that it felt like countless sharp needles were piercing her head.
She couldn't help but clench her fists and wanted to hit her head, as if she wanted to use this method to dispel the pain and confusion that followed her like a shadow.
Yun Hai blocked her hand immediately. His movements were quick and gentle. "If you can't remember, don't think about it for now. Maybe you will remember it naturally in a few days."
His voice was deep and magnetic, carrying a reassuring power.
Jiang Yunyun also hurriedly said: "Yun Hai is right, don't be afraid, little female. You can't remember because you hit your head. Once the bump goes down, you may remember it." As she spoke, she gently touched the big bump on the little female's head with her hand, her eyes full of pity.
The little female nodded and said with sobs, "Thank you for saving me."
Jiang Yunyun waved her hand and said with a smile: "If you want to thank someone, thank Yunhai. If he hadn't brought you back, I wouldn't be able to save you."
There was a hint of approval in her eyes as she looked at Yun Hai.
"By the way, Yunhai, I'll go tell the clan leader to arrange a beast cave for her to live in!" Jiang Yunyun said as she prepared to get up and leave.
The little female looked nervous and she involuntarily moved towards the sea.
It was this male who saved herself. In this strange and frightening environment, it seemed that she only felt safe by being close to him.
Her body trembled slightly, and her little hands unconsciously grabbed the corner of Yunhai's clothes.
Yun Hai looked at the little hand and said, "The tribe rewarded me with a beast cave before, so let her live there first. I will take care of her for the next few days, and when she remembers, I will send the little female back to the tribe."
The look in his eyes as he looked at the little female was full of tenderness and determination, as if telling her that she would be safe here.
The little female indeed relaxed a little.
Yun Hai thought for a moment and said, "I'll go talk to the clan leader, so you don't have to make another trip."
Jiang Yunyun naturally agreed: "Okay, come to me anytime if you have any questions."
"Okay, thank you very much."
