At this moment, Xuan Yunzi stared at Fairy Fu Yue with burning eyes, looking at her carefully.
I saw a faint halo lingering around the fairy Fu Yue, and the luck was flowing through it.
After a while, Xuan Yunzi asked, "Fairy Fuyue, did you achieve your breakthrough by reading the immortal book on your phone? I see that your luck is flowing just like mine did when I achieved my breakthrough."
When Fu Yue heard Xuan Yunzi's words, the corners of her mouth lifted slightly, revealing a faint smile, and she replied softly: "Master Xuan is absolutely right."
This immortal book on my phone not only gave direction to my years of persistence, but also gave me a sudden awakening on the path of cultivation.
At this moment, Patriarch Qin asked anxiously, "Which scripture are you reading, Fairy?"
Fu Yue smiled and said, "I'm reading the Heart Sutra. I haven't had time to read other immortal books."
Qin Laozu: "I have also read the Heart Sutra, but I prefer the Tao Te Ching."
Whatever I lose is no longer mine.
Whatever I seek, I am trapped by it.
Everything is for my use, not for my possession.
Since I came out of seclusion, I have been pondering these words and thinking about my past.
I used to be obsessed with practicing martial arts and pursuing the supreme realm.
For this purpose, they spent countless time and energy, fighting with others and competing with the heavens, but they lost themselves along the way and lost many precious things.
Now that I think about it, perhaps those things I lost never belonged to me in the first place. I was just a passer-by on the road to becoming an immortal.
The realm of martial arts that I pursued seemed to make me powerful, but in fact it also made me fall into endless disputes and troubles, trapping me and unable to escape.
It was not until I pondered these words over and over that I gradually understood that we can use everything in this world to improve ourselves and help others.
But you should not regard them as your own private property, and you should not be greedy or possessive.
Just like the spiritual energy between heaven and earth, it is inexhaustible. We can use it to practice, but we cannot try to take it for ourselves.
Xuan Yunzi, who was standing by, listened to Patriarch Qin's comprehension and couldn't help but say, "Brother Qin is right. Everyone's state of mind is different when they comprehend."
I only read the opening chapter of the Tao Te Ching and I broke through to the Mahayana stage.
A hint of surprise flashed in Patriarch Qin's eyes, and he quickly asked, "Oh? I wonder which sentence Brother Xuanyun has realized? It's so powerful."
Xuan Yunzi smiled slightly and said slowly, "What I have realized is that the Great Dao is invisible and gives birth to the heaven and earth. This Great Dao, without sound or movement, nurtures all things, allowing them to grow and multiply."
It is invisible, but it is everywhere, like an invisible master, silently driving everything in the world.
The Tao is ruthless, moving the sun and the moon. The Tao controls the movement of the sun, moon and stars with its unique laws.
It has no emotions and will not change due to personal will. Everything runs on the established track.
The alternation of the sun and the moon and the twinkling of the stars are all manifestations of the Tao.
The Tao has no name, yet it nourishes all things. The Tao has no name, yet it nourishes all things in the world.
It has no selfish desires, no prejudice, and treats all life equally.
Whether it is the towering mountains, the gurgling streams, the birds and beasts, the flowers and trees, they all thrive under the nourishment of the Tao.
After a pause, Xuan Yunzi continued, "Superior men do not fight, while inferior men love to fight. Superior men, because they understand the Dao, are not disturbed by worldly affairs, while inferior men lose themselves in the pursuit of things."
Then Xuan Yunzi raised his head and looked into the distance, and continued, "The highest virtue is not virtuous, but the lowest virtue is virtuous."
Those who are obsessed with something are not moral.
The reason why sentient beings cannot obtain the true way is because they have false minds.
A person of true virtue does not deliberately demonstrate his or her own virtue. Everything happens naturally. If one always clings to formal virtue, he or she will fall behind.
"The reason sentient beings cannot attain the true path is because they have deluded minds. Deluded minds cause us to lose our way in this world and fail to see the true nature of things."
We are driven by various desires, pursuing illusory things, and thus straying away from the Tao.
Only by abandoning delusion and calming the mind can one understand the true meaning of Tao.
After hearing Xuan Yunzi's words, Patriarch Qin's eyes were filled with thought: "This understanding is thought-provoking."
In this world, we are always swayed by various delusions and find it difficult to see the true meaning of Tao. It is fortunate that Master Xuan can break through this.
Xuan Yunzi sighed softly: "Yes, the hustle and bustle of this world has blinded our eyes like a fog."
Only by calming down and abandoning delusions can you touch the true meaning of Tao.
Baili Shuijing, who was standing by, looked puzzled and said anxiously, "Brother Xuan, I've read the scriptures countless times, but I haven't heard the scriptures you mentioned before."
Xuan Yunzi raised the corners of his mouth slightly, revealing a mysterious smile, and said, "Brother Shui Jing, don't worry, let me explain in detail."
The Tao Te Ching I read has a very hidden small icon on the first page.
As he spoke, he handed the phone in front of Baili Shuijing and gently pointed his finger at a corner of the cover.
Baili Shuijing carefully looked at the corner and indeed found an inconspicuous little icon. He exclaimed in surprise, "This is really hidden. If I hadn't paid special attention, I wouldn't have found it at all."
Xuan Yunzi nodded and continued, "It is this small symbol. When you click on it, you will find a different world inside."
There are several scriptures among them, including the "Classic of Purity and Tranquility" that I just comprehended.
Then everyone couldn't wait to open it.
At this time, after reading it, Patriarch Bai Fu looked at everyone eagerly and said, "Although this scripture is hidden in the Tao Te Ching, few people know about it."
It is of great significance to spiritual practice, and can help us better understand the Tao and avoid detours on the path of spiritual practice.
