This train is not the first train to depart, so passengers need to wait on the platform for the train to arrive.
It is midsummer now and the wind is very cool. The eldest brother is sitting on the suitcase playing a game console. Erning said that it is a stupid game and he is too disdainful to play it, so he stood on the other side to watch the scenery.
Mu Ruanruan is eating potato chips.
She cut her hair short, and now it was just above her shoulders. She didn't braid it like other girls, but just let it hang loose, falling on her shoulders.
Weifeng would occasionally roll up a few strands of hair and stuff them into her mouth, which felt dirty as she chewed something.
It was hard to tell whether she felt her hair was dirty because she hadn't washed it for two days or because her hair would get dirty from the potato chip crumbs in her mouth, so she casually fixed her hair, put down the potato chips and drank a drink instead.
The opened bag of potato chips fell into the hands of the eldest brother. He played games with one hand and held snacks with the other.
"Brother, did you really drink my Coke?" She suddenly became curious.
The eldest brother hummed, without looking at her, and kept moving his hands.
She called Ruan Erning again: "Second brother, come and help me twist it."
Er Ning was dissatisfied: "Why do you call him brother but call me second brother? It's so strange."
"How about I call you Big Brother?" Ruan Daning continued.
Mu Ruanruan sneered, Ruan Erning bared his teeth and pushed the opened drink into Mu Ruanruan's hand, "Drink it, drink it, you'll get fat if you drink so much sugar water."
"Well, fine, make me fat. Let me drink all yours and let me be the only one who gets fat."
The three of them played around for a while, and Ruan Daning muttered to the side, "Childish."
The train arrived at the station quickly, stopped, and people arriving at the station got off, and then they got on.
Mu Ruanruan walked in the middle, still empty-handed.
"Watch the road." Ruan Daning reminded her.
The three of them bought hard seat tickets and just happened to fit on one seat. After putting their luggage away, everyone sat down. Mu Ruanruan sat in the innermost seat and could look outside through the window.
"I didn't expect the windows could be opened." She had never seen this kind of train in modern times and found it very strange. She turned to ask Daning, "Can it be opened?"
Daning got up and opened the window a little for her.
When the car started, the wind was very strong and it penetrated the window gap like a knife, making Mu Ruanruan very uncomfortable.
"Are you stupid? If you want to open it, open it wider." Erning came over and opened the window a little wider.
But soon, it was closed again. There was a baby in the back seat who was blocked by the wind, and there seemed to be air conditioning in the car. Slowly, the heat subsided and the temperature became comfortable.
Since it avoided the summer peak, there were not many people on the bus. Most people were sitting. Only a few people who did not have seats stood at the junction of the carriages.
The aisle was filled with things, clothes, pots and pans, or vegetables.
The cart selling cigarettes and snacks was going back and forth.
Mu Ruanruan and the others brought enough snacks. Every time she forgot to eat outside, the voice of the snack seller would remind her. However, after getting on the bus, she seemed to have no appetite.
On the contrary, Daning kept eating like a mouse.
Erning also took out paper and pen and started drawing something.
Mu Ruanruan leaned over to take a look, but was partially blocked by Daning's tall figure.
Daning asked her if she wanted to sit over there, and Mu Ruanruan shook her head.
However, after a while, seeing Ruan Erning being secretive, she became curious and switched seats with Daning.
Er Ning was too serious and asked her after a while: "Why did you sit here?"
Mu Ruanruan ignored him, pretending to be very sleepy, leaning on her brother's shoulder and slowly closing her eyes to prepare for sleep.
"Heh, his muscles are so hard, you don't mind if they hurt."
Mu Ruanruan took the opportunity to stand up and put her head on Erning's shoulder again, "Indeed, Second Brother's body is much softer."
Ruan Erning felt that there seemed to be something wrong with this, but he didn't say anything. However, he didn't continue painting because he found that Mu Ruanruan was leaning on his right shoulder and it was difficult for her to move her hands.
"Just go about your business and don't worry about me." Mu Ruanruan hinted that he could continue.
But he still didn't continue.
There seemed to be a woman in the painting. Mu Ruanruan half closed her eyes, but she was actually trying to take a peek at the painting. However, she concealed it too well, and no matter how hard she looked, she could only see a little bit of the edge of her skirt, a very flowing skirt.
Maybe the temperature was just right, or maybe Ruan Erning's shoulder was indeed much more comfortable, Mu Ruanruan fell asleep without realizing it.
She saw the camouflage figure again, still standing there, staring at her closely. She didn't look carefully last time, but this time she actually noticed that the figure had a slightly sad temperament.
Why is he sad?
She doesn't know.
But she walked towards him unconsciously, slowly, and should have been getting closer and closer to him, but he didn't move and seemed to be retreating.
Mu Ruanruan quickened her pace and called him, "Jiang He?"
The man stopped and did not retreat. The figure began to become clear and the face began to appear, as if a hole was cut in the thick fog, and his face appeared in the hole.
Getting closer and clearer.
"Jiang He." She called him.
He didn't say anything, but the face was clearly his.
Suddenly, the face began to crack, as if it had been injured, and blood began to drip from the forehead, and then more and more blood flowed out.
"Jiang He, what's wrong with you? Are you hurt?"
She wanted to help him stop the bleeding and bandage the wound, but when she stretched out her hand, she went straight through him and couldn't touch him.
Mu Ruanruan was very anxious. She watched the blood on Jiang He's face flow more and more, and the wound became deeper and deeper, but she was powerless to do anything. She was sad, upset, and anxious, but helpless.
