Chapter 25 Digging Graves to Cover the Rear

Having developed a muscular physique from childhood in the mountains, no one could beat him. He single-handedly lifted a bespectacled doctor like a chick and slammed him heavily to the ground.

You cheated me out of my money!

"What a piece of trash hospital! It can't even cure a cold! If it can't, I'll smash it all up!"

"Fuck your mother's doctors! I think you're all worthless. What can you do besides giving my son injections?"

Zhang the hunter caught a doctor and beat him like a madman. The male doctor was powerless to fight back and could only curl up and let out painful howls.

The other nurses and doctors were all trying to pull him away, but they couldn't stop him at all.

A head nurse shouted, "Go call the police! Where are his family members? Someone come and talk to him!"

The hospital corridor was crowded with onlookers.

Tiger's mother had just come out of the toilet when she learned that her husband had hit someone.

She rushed into the crowd and, seeing that her husband was about to beat the thin male doctor to death, she quickly tried to stop him.

"Honey, stop hitting him! If someone dies, he'll be sent to a juvenile detention center!"

The crowd swarmed around him and pulled him away.

Zhang the hunter was panting heavily, his eyes bloodshot and ferocious, which was quite frightening.

Seeing that everyone was watching, he faced them and said, word by word, "I don't want to hit anyone either."

"But my son is only twelve years old."

"I just caught a chill and ended up staying in the hospital for ten days, and there was no sign of improvement at all."

"My son is in ward number five. Anyone with eyes should go in and take a look. Does my son even look like a human being anymore?"

"I did nothing wrong to beat the doctor! This kind of quack deserves to be beaten! If you can't cure my son, I'll tear down your hospital!"

Everyone who goes to the hospital for treatment has a family with them. I was initially quite afraid of Zhang the Hunter, but after hearing what he said, I felt sorry for him.

This feeling intensified when she saw the children in the hospital ward.

This family is so pitiful. The child was perfectly healthy in the hospital bed, but now he doesn't even look like a human being anymore.

Seeing that there was more air coming in than coming out, anyone with experience would know that the child didn't have more than two days left to live.

The onlookers looked at the Zhang family with pity.

The doctor who was beaten passed out, and the hospital had to send a representative, the head nurse who had called the police.

The head nurse came over and said, "Comrade, we understand how you feel, but we are really doing our best to save lives."

“Your son’s initial symptoms really resembled a common cold, but later he experienced localized bleeding, coma, and shock.”

"To be honest, we've never encountered a case like this before, so we're completely overwhelmed..."

Before the nurse could finish speaking, she was slapped by Tiger's mother.

She might not be very bold in front of her own man, but she's not someone to be trifled with when dealing with outsiders.

Tiger's mother shouted, "What do you mean by that? Don't you know how to treat it? Is that even human language?!"

"You're a hospital, so you should save my son! If you can't treat him, send me a doctor who can!"

"If anything happens to my son in your hospital, none of you will get away with it!"

The head nurse was knocked so hard she staggered, and her face quickly swelled up. She thought to herself that this family was really troublesome, but she had no choice but to deal with the situation.

She glanced at Zhang the hunter; the man was glaring at her with red eyes, clearly determined to get a solution from her.

The head nurse also felt wronged. The family's son's illness was very strange. It looked like a cold, and the fever could be reduced with cold medicine, but the condition would relapse after a few days.

He even developed symptoms of systemic bleeding. Their hospital had limited resources and wasn't a large hospital that could provide blood transfusions, so they had to keep delaying treatment.

Doctors privately discussed this case and all said that the family's son probably wouldn't survive...

The head nurse dared not make any guarantees and could only keep apologizing.

Among the onlookers, an elderly man calmly remarked, "Your son might be possessed by something unclean. Go back and find a witch doctor; perhaps there's hope."

Although the commune forbade people from engaging in feudal superstition, how easy is it to break free from thousands of years of ingrained ideas?

After hearing this talk of ghosts and spirits, even the head nurse began to believe it to some extent. Such a strange case was definitely not normal.

Zhang the hunter's face darkened at this remark.

They all listened to the Great Ancestor's words and let that family off the hook, but they still caused trouble and wouldn't let his son go!

Then let's fight to the death! If you dare to harm my son, I'll dig up your grave and cut off your lineage!
