313, Put the blame on someone else

In response to the current heated discussion online, Kang Ziqiang suggested that the court hearing be open to the media.

Because he was very sure that he could not lose this lawsuit!

Ma Yinglong has cooperated so much with the Hades. Not only did the Hades harm his father, but now even his beloved daughter has been forced to leave her hometown!

Not to mention that they almost blew up his daughter and that brat Lawrence Lu!

He has been feeling depressed lately: the communicator is in his wife's hands, and he has to make an appointment if he wants to talk to his daughter.

It was still unknown how long it would take to clear the Pluto, so there was no hope for his daughter's return. Lu Guansheng couldn't be blamed for this, as he knew his daughter's temper.

He didn't know who Hades was, and he had no way to blame him, so he directed all his resentment towards Emperor Long.

What's more, his family went bankrupt because of Dilong, and his mother might have been replaced by Dilong. If he doesn't take his anger out on Dilong, he wouldn't be Kang Ziqiang!

I simply gave Lu Guansheng some tips on what he could say and what he couldn't say, as well as where to focus, and then let him express himself freely.

Because it was a civil dispute, the media was allowed to follow the entire process. Of course, they would not let go of such a hot topic!

The golden lawyer's courtroom scene, the clash of two tech giants, is the first of its kind in a century. Everyone is waiting to see the excitement!

In addition to the onlookers, investors, economists, and even officials are paying attention.

After all, these two companies not only control almost half of Jincheng's assets, but also influence China's technological and economic flows.

Now Jincheng is under the control of three powers: Ma Yinglong's Dilong, Lu Guansheng's Jinhao, and Qian Jiujin's Qiankun.

The situation is almost equal, and in the past, most of the quarrels were minor and never involved the fundamental interests of each other.

Now that Lu Guansheng has entered the aerospace industry, he is facing a head-on collision with Ma Yinglong, whose main business is space city. Jincheng... is probably going to change!

Normally, disputes like this take at least a month to resolve. However, both parties are very busy, and considering their limited schedules, the trial is tentatively scheduled for three days.

On the first day, our lawyer asked questions and each side made statements. There was nothing interesting. It sounded like the two companies were advertising their own projects.

The only thing the people gained was understanding the business progress of the two companies.

The next day, the trial reached its climax with the questioning confrontation by the opposing lawyer.

The first to appear in court was the defendant’s representative Lu Guansheng.

After a flurry of irrelevant questions, the opposing lawyer asked, "As far as we know, you commissioned nine photos. Why did you choose only this one that highlights the plaintiff's project?"

"Highlight?" Lu Guansheng shook his head. "Why should we highlight their products when we're advertising for Jinhao?"

"I'm asking you a question, please answer it directly."

Lu Guansheng shrugged and said, "Because this one has the most complete garbage cleanup."

"We request to present evidence Figure 1 and Figure 2," the lawyer said to the judge.

"permit."

After receiving the agreement, the opposing lawyer asked his assistant to turn on the projector and continued, "Please look at these two comparison pictures."

Picture 1 is a Jinhao advertisement picture, and Picture 2 is another one of the nine pictures. In Picture 2, Space City Phase II is relatively far away, and directly in front and to the right is the satellite city of Space City Phase I.

As the lawyer spoke, he pointed out the garbage marked on the Jinhao advertisement and compared the locations of the same garbage in Figure 2.

"Mr. Lu, this picture also contains the space debris you marked. Why shouldn't it be on this picture?" The plaintiff's lawyer asked Lu Guansheng after the comparison and explanation.

"It's very simple, because the most obvious thing on this picture is the plaintiff's industry, which is Space City." Lu Guansheng said, "Do you think Jinhao should advertise for Dilong?"

"Then the second phase of Space City in Figure 1 clearly occupies a significant portion of the space. Why is it usable?"

"That's easy, because that ugly thing doesn't look like the finished product. You can't recognize it unless you look closely! I didn't recognize it myself. Besides, this one takes up a much smaller proportion of the image than the previous one, and it's also positioned much further off!"

"Objection! Inappropriate words! Speculation and imagination!" The assistant at the other lawyer's table picked out Lu Guansheng's grammatical errors.

"This term was not invented by Mr. Lu, and it is a reasonable speculation!" Kang Ziqiang refuted.

"The objection to the wording is upheld!" the judge said. "Please use the correct wording and avoid misleading!"

Just as the plaintiff's lawyer was feeling proud, the judge said the next sentence: "The objection of imaginary ideas is invalid! The inference is established!"

"Judge! Please come forward!" The plaintiff's lawyer still wanted to fight for it.

The lawyer nodded, and he and Kang Ziqiang went to the judge's seat together.

"Your Honor, since the Phase II construction site has been found by the public, it is identifiable. Lu Guansheng's conjecture is unfounded!"

"Your Honor, if no one has searched the Internet for a week and found any results, would you recognize what this is?"

"I can't recognize it, so my objection is invalid!"

"But someone recognized him!" The plaintiff's lawyer still didn't want to give up.

"Our purpose in posting this photo wasn't to get people to search the construction site. It was a spontaneous act of public curiosity and has nothing to do with Jinhao!"

"you!"

"Okay! Stop arguing! This is a serious place! Your objection is invalid! Everyone, please step back!" The judge asked them to calm down.

The judge had already made his decision, so the plaintiff's lawyer had no choice but to continue asking, "Mr. Lu, since these have nothing to do with the garbage Jinhao labeled, why didn't you blur the image to avoid ambiguity?"

"Mr. Lawyer, didn't you see that the ad says it's a real holographic scene, absolutely not photoshopped? If I altered the image, I'd be undermining the authenticity of the current situation of space junk clogging Earth's orbit!"
