Chapter 1028 Cinderella's Stepmother Strategy 30

Chapter 1028 Cinderella's Stepmother Strategy 30

Asi followed Cyril to the attic.

After not seeing him for a few days, the boy had grown much taller. I don't know how Betty had tortured him recently, but he looked so thin.

Ash sighed softly.

The person in front paused, then took a few steps forward and opened the door.

After standing still, he looked at her with his light grey eyes and said with a smile, "Sister?"

The boy's voice was clear, and his light grey eyes seemed to be filled with stars and subtle inquiry.

Asi looked up and saw him staring at him.

Being looked at like this by Cyril, Asi felt a little nervous.

He responded obediently.

Then walked in.

Cyril stared at Asi's back for a long time, curled the corners of his lips, and closed the door.

The vision was dim.

Ash stopped.

Because she had been here before, she knew where the light was, so she walked over and turned it on.

The room suddenly became much brighter.

Looking back, I looked into the boy's eyes that seemed to be smiling.

Cyril said nothing, but took the bed sheet from the side, spread it on the ground, and then lay on it as if nothing had happened.

"You go to sleep on the bed. I'll clean up the room tomorrow morning and you can move in."

After saying that, Cyril closed his eyes.

However, the corners of his lips, which were always tightly closed, were pulled into a gentle arc.

Asi has been lying on the bed looking at Cyril. He doesn't look like he is being abused. He looks really cute when he smiles in his sleep.

After looking for a while, Asi yawned loudly.

He curled himself up in the quilt and fell asleep.

The next day, I was woken up by knocking on the door before dawn.

Asi rubbed his eyes and sat up from the bed.

Cyril was already standing at the door, and Betty looked over at him with a scrutinizing gaze.

"Ah Si, although your uncle was a businessman, he has passed away. The money he left behind is not enough for us, an orphan and a widow, to live on. So now that you are here, you have to work harder."

Betty stood at the door, looking at the people in the room arrogantly.

The gems on his body sparkled so brightly that they almost blinded people.

Asi nodded and stood up.

Betty's expression softened a little as she looked so well behaved.

Now that Cyril has grown up, he doesn't listen to me at all. Fortunately, a little girl came and she looked easy to control.

So Betty said, "While it's still early, go to the kitchen and cook."

After saying that, he left immediately as if he was afraid of the boy next to him.

Asi rubbed his eyes, and his brain finally cleared up.

After cleaning up, I prepared to go to the kitchen to cook.

Cyril, however, gave her a strange look.

"Can you cook?"

With a questioning tone.

Asi nodded, his tone sounding quite proud.

"Of course I will."

But only a little bit.

Cyril looked at Asi for a while, pursed his lips, and followed Ziah behind her.

She looks petite and has such delicate hands. She doesn't look like someone who can cook at all.

It would be easier to help if I followed her.

In fact, during the few days when As was not here, Cyril had stopped listening to Betty because he was sad. The boy was tall and naturally stronger than a woman, so Betty had no choice.

After all, Cyril was her deceased husband's biological son. She couldn't drive him out, nor could she beat him, so she could only vent her anger on her two daughters.

Julian has always been a lazy person.

I could only ask Julia to cook.
