Closing Remarks - Free

While the story ends here, in the world of the novel, Ah Si and Shang Yuan's life has just begun. I originally wanted to write a sequel, but so many plots flashed through my mind that nothing seemed to exist. The gentle, lovely, and slightly mischievous Ah Si and the great devil Shang Yuan, their married life is bound to be loving and interesting. I don't want to summarize their married life in a rushed sequel, so I'll end it here.

I went through a lot while writing this novel. I didn't expect so many young readers would love this story, nor did I expect to meet my current, very gentle and lovely editor, or even so many of the people I know. It was because of this novel that I met all of you. Of course, writing this novel also encountered a major blockade. My previous two books were completely blocked, and many chapters of this one were blocked as well. But I figured since everyone was blocked anyway, I'd just accept it (hahahaha). It still had a small impact, and coupled with the pressures of real life and school, I took a long, long hiatus. So long that I didn't dare even look at the comments section, fearing the criticism. While I deserved the criticism for my hiatus, I was just afraid. Although the previous blockade made me feel like a mistake at first, as others are free to read and write whatever they want, after a while I've come to realize that maybe the blockage was a good thing. For me, readers, and for me personally, particularly enjoy a touch of color. Of course, excessive color isn't a good thing, and many of my previous works have driven traffic because of color, resulting in countless books that constantly revolve around. I believe that as a novelist, I should focus more on the perspective expressed in the novel, a positive thought. I shouldn't just write whatever I want, because when you pick up the pen to write a novel, you assume responsibility as a novelist. Even a simple story can make people feel relaxed and warm, make them think, "Wow, this world is beautiful," "There's such sweet love," or make them want to be a better person after reading it. What I want to write is to make readers want to be kind, to make the world a better place because of my existence. However, the reality is that my writing is completely unable to achieve this, which is why I haven't written anything for a long time. I want to become better, and the only way to become a better novelist is to read more and think more.

This is a long process, and I am slowly exploring and growing.

I recently came across a quote: "Don't be afraid of the dark road, you and I are each a beam of light, a ray of brightness." The road to growth is bound to have its bumps and bumps, and when the road is dark, I hope everyone can be their own beam of light, a ray of brightness, and treat the world with kindness, and be treated kindly by the world in return. And I'm working hard to make my light shine even brighter.

It’s a great happiness to meet a group of people while writing a book.
