Chapter 164: Extra Chapter 10: You're Bullying Me Again
Lin Jin pursed her lips and remained silent, staring intently at the obedient Cheng Sangluo, as if handing over the right to speak to her, or perhaps expecting how the clumsy person would respond in a clever way.
She crossed her legs and intentionally or unintentionally rubbed against Cheng Sangluo's calf.
The subtle movements hidden under the table were a silent seduction; the toe of the shoe, inch by inch, traced circles on the soft leather, stirring up an irresistible, itchy excitement without making a sound.
Cheng Sangluo lowered her eyes to look at her feet, then bent down with an affectionate smile, placed one hand on the back of her lover's chair, and easily pulled the flirtatious woman into her arms.
"Who else could I possibly seduce?" She tilted her head and leaned close to Lin Jin's ear, deliberately exhaling warm, moist breath, explaining each word slowly and deliberately: "In this world... you only have one rival in love... and that's you tomorrow..."
Lin Jin smiled broadly, no longer bothered by the puppy's elaborate outfit, and asked curiously, "Oh? What's the explanation?"
Cheng Sangluo inhaled the sweet fragrance emanating from her lover's neck, unable to contain her passion, and kissed him lightly, the kisses growing deeper and deeper, until she could only mumble an explanation: "Because... I love you more every day than... the day before..."
Lin Jin stretched her neck to the side, allowing the unrestrained man to fully immerse himself in the kiss, thoroughly enjoying the tingling sensation and letting out a comfortable sigh.
Fortunately, she retained a sliver of rationality, and gently nudged Cheng Sangluo's shoulder, saying, "Let's go back to the office first, okay? Be good, just bear with it a little longer~"
Cheng Sangluo was quite obedient, knowing that the current environment was not suitable for open intimacy, so she simply took two steps back, still feeling unsatisfied.
She helped Lin Jin to her feet, and while doing so, she tidied up the documents on the table, protesting, "Didn't we agree to see each other every morning when we wake up? How can you bear to leave me alone? I panic when I open my eyes and can't find you! You're not allowed to sneak off to work alone from now on!"
"Blame it on your own for not being a good drinker and still getting completely drunk!" Lin Jin got angry when she mentioned this, grabbing the dog's ear and criticizing, "You have no idea how soundly you slept last night. You fell asleep as soon as your head hit the pillow, and I couldn't wake you up no matter how much I shook you. How could I expect you to get up and come to work with me?"
This woman was used to saying one thing and meaning another. She complained a lot, but in reality, she couldn't bear to wake Cheng Sangluo up and simply let her sleep soundly.
"Hehe, I was wrong, I won't do it again!" Cheng Sangluo lowered his head and smiled foolishly, quickly supporting his wife's waist as they walked out.
As they passed the reception room, she winked at Lin Jin mysteriously, "Wait for me a moment."
"What's this time?" Lin Jin joked, patiently waiting outside the door.
A moment later, Cheng Sangluo ran out holding a bouquet of carefully prepared flowers. "Here, this bouquet of roses will brighten your day."
"Oh, now you know how to please me in different ways?" Lin Jin teased with a smile, taking the pretty flower and smelling it carefully, then raising an eyebrow and asking, "What about the daisies?"
"There are many more variations to come~" Cheng Sangluo pouted smugly, but unsure how to explain the reason for the daisies, she mumbled, "As for this... um..."
Actually, she didn't quite understand why she wanted to buy another pot of daisies. Perhaps she felt it was to echo the past, or perhaps she hoped to start over with Lin Jin. Nothing is more suitable as a witness than daisies.
She carried the flowerpot around and offered a reasonable explanation: "This time, let's both take good care of it together. It will bloom in the spring, wouldn't that be wonderful?"
Lin Jin, with a rose in one hand and her other arm around Cheng Sangluo's waist, couldn't wait to kiss her before even entering the office. "You've improved, here's a reward~"
Cheng Sangluo was not satisfied with just a light kiss. He immediately grabbed his light-footed wife and rushed into the door in a hurry, not forgetting to lock it so as not to be disturbed by the sudden visit of the employees.
She seemed to really enjoy cornering Lin Jin at the door and demanding passionate kisses, as if this was the only way to show her infatuation.
Lin Jin found this slightly barbaric approach quite appealing, even secretly hoping the person in front of him would be bolder. He grabbed the other person's collar and pulled it down forcefully, shushing them as if to say, "I always keep finger cots in my drawer...you're welcome to come anytime..."
Cheng Sangluo placed his lips deep in the crook of her neck. Receiving such a blatant consent, the kiss grew unrestrained and passionate. The caressing gradually turned into gentle biting, the fair and tender flesh grinding under his teeth, soon turning into mottled red marks.
She couldn't bear to let Lin Jin keep standing on tiptoe, so she carried and pushed him to the sofa in front of the reception area, and as she fell backward, she pulled her alluring lover down with her.
Lin Jin stumbled and sat down on Cheng Sangluo's lap. The gasp of weightlessness was stuck in her throat. Before she could exhale, another wave of joy rushed into her heart.
If Cheng Sangluo's palm is likened to a rough, calloused hand, then she is like a tender, plump lotus bud emerging in the height of summer.
The contrast between roughness and delicacy is the source of that joy.
Lin Jin's deep eyes sparkled with a gentle, spring-like beauty, and the smile that curved her lips melted into a pool of spring water that could not be retrieved.
Cheng Sangluo raised her cheek slightly, her eyes filled with caution, and politely asked for permission: "Is it alright?"
Lin Jin suddenly felt playful and deliberately made things difficult: "If you want me to agree, you have to give me something in return, after all, I am..."
Cheng Sangluo was practically sick of hearing that, so she forced a high-pitched, fake imitation: "You're a businesswoman, after all, your primary concern is profit..."
She was playful, but quickly regained her composure, pleading, "You're the best, you'll definitely be generous with me... just for a little while... okay?"
Lin Jin couldn't stand seeing puppies acting pitiful, and while her heart softened, she insisted, "If you eat, you have to call for Mommy, otherwise you won't get any more food~"
Upon hearing this request, Cheng Sangluo's body trembled, his pupils dilated, and his mental world shook violently. In his heart, he cried out: Heavenly Bodhisattva! What kind of damned obsession is this?!
She thought that after drinking several bottles of alcohol last night, it was understandable that she would act recklessly under the influence of alcohol, but now that she was sober, if this matter were brought up suddenly, wouldn't she be in for a world of hurt?
She quickly pulled her hands back from inside her sweater, stammering and refusing to agree: "You...you...why are you still thinking about this...don't I have any pride...no, no, no..."
Lin Jin's expression instantly darkened, and he coldly snorted as he pulled away from her embrace, "Hmph...you shameless dog...you don't have to bark, just don't touch me..."
"Hey, hey, don't go!" Cheng Sangluo quickly reached out to grab her arm, but was violently shaken off. In her haste to get up, she tripped over her own foot.
With a 'thump,' she knelt down on both knees and suddenly gave Lin Jin an unexpectedly grand salute.
Lin Jin stared wide-eyed, paused for a second, then burst into laughter, shrugging her shoulders: "It's not even the New Year yet, why are you already offering prayers? I didn't prepare a big red envelope, but if you like, you can kowtow to me!"
Cheng Sangluo wasn't angry. He took two steps forward, using his knees as leverage, and while his wife was still in a daze, he hugged her legs tightly and acted spoiled, "I've already knelt down for you, but you still haven't let me go. Look how happy you are!"
Lin Jin didn't want to let the opportunity to bully her slip away easily. She suppressed her smile and tried to kick the person away, saying, "Get out of my way, you clingy thing is so annoying."
Cheng Sangluo gritted his teeth and refused to let go of his wife's hand, no matter how much she struggled. She was like a stubborn leech that he couldn't shake off.
Finally, she steeled herself and pleaded loudly, "Mother, please spur me on with your love, spur me on, spur me on, spur me on, spur me on..."
Lin Jin was both amused and exasperated. How did this person even start acting?
She reached out and ruffled the puppy's hair, scolding, "Your mother is ordering you to stand up right now! Don't act like this!"
"Alright~" Cheng Sangluo patted his butt and stood up, wanting to pull his wife back to the sofa to continue their intimate moments, but the atmosphere of passion had long been destroyed by her kneeling.
Lin Jin walked straight to the boss's chair and sat down before turning her attention back to the little dog standing there. "I have a lot of things to do. You stay here quietly and play by yourself. If you really can't sit still, go out for a walk or go shopping. Don't bother me."
"I don't want to leave! I'm not going anywhere! I want to stay with you!" Cheng Sangluo strode to his desk, pulled up a chair for himself, and snuggled up to his wife. "I feel so suffocated when I can't see you."
As she spoke, she raised her hand and swore, "I promise you, it will absolutely not affect your work. You know, soldiers have the best willpower."
"Heh, so much self-control, huh?" Lin Jin sneered as he picked up the document and flipped through it, a malicious smile playing on his lips. "Fine, since you're so self-control, I'll punish you by making you stand at attention in military posture. Find a corner and face the wall to reflect on your actions."
Cheng Sangluo was dumbfounded and shouted indignantly, "What!? Why are you punishing me for no reason?"
Lin Jin angrily slammed the folder on the table and counted the accusations on her fingers: "Hmph, you still have the nerve to ask me why?"
Last night you were completely drunk, which ruined our planned lovemaking. The beautiful moment was completely destroyed. Do you know your sins?
Secondly, why make you call me "Mom"? It's harder than climbing to heaven. You promised to listen to your wife in everything, but when it comes to actually doing something, you start to hesitate and make a fuss. Do you know what you've done wrong?
Furthermore, you've dressed yourself up so beautifully, which risks attracting unwanted attention. What if another woman comes knocking on your door? Do you realize your mistake?
Finally, when you can't win against me, you resort to whining and crying. Do you know what you're doing?
In conclusion, shouldn't you be punished? Making you stand at attention and reflect on your actions is already a very lenient punishment. Now, immediately get out of here and stand at attention, and don't disturb my work."
As Cheng Sangluo listened to his wife's detailed list of crimes, he felt as if he had been repeatedly struck by heavy blows, and soon he was ridiculed into a drooping, wilted eggplant.
She stood up, pouting, looked around the spacious office, and finally silently walked to the corner closest to Lin Jin.
Those bright, sparkling eyes flashed with a mournful light, as if they were saying: You've bullied me again.
She wanted to say something to defend herself, but just as she was about to get started, she was glared at by someone not far away, and now the whole office was filled with a gloomy resentment.
This poor little dog, punished by his wife to stand in the corner, has become a resentful woman with no way to express her bitterness.
Lin Jin did need some peace and quiet to deal with official business. With the new year approaching, there were numerous meetings to attend, and next month's annual report would require a satisfactory explanation to the shareholders. In addition, there was the mess that Lin's Group was in, and moreover, there was a mountain of documents that needed to be approved.
She quickly got into work mode, marking up the documents with her pen, but the silent gazes from behind were a bit distracting, so she turned around to look at the person who was standing obediently as punishment.
Cheng Sangluo's military posture was very standard. His hands hung down on the sides of his trouser legs, and his back was straight and upright, like a tall pine tree that was as immovable as a mountain. Only his eyes, which were originally looking straight ahead, were fixed on Lin Jin, looking pitiful with longing but not daring to speak.
Lin Jin turned to meet her gaze, and her heart softened instantly at first glance. However, if she wanted to be carefree with her beloved, she had to finish up the complicated work at hand.
She sighed helplessly, "If you're bored, think about what to eat tonight, and then think about how to make amends. Here's a little suggestion: why don't you go back to Linxi Terrace tonight and think about it carefully?"
Cheng Sangluo, being honest and docile, dared not utter a sound and could only obediently nod, then, feeling uncomfortable, nodded a few more times forcefully.
Lin Jin was about to continue reading the documents when she was distracted by the little look in his eyes, so she ordered without looking up, "Cheng Sangluo."
Upon hearing the clearly pronounced name, Cheng Sangluo instinctively replied, "Here!"
"Turn around!" Lin Jin commanded, glancing out of the corner of her eye at the little dog that was turning to face the wall.
She suppressed a laugh and pretended to be serious, saying, "Now that's what you call facing the wall in repentance. You're not allowed to secretly look at me, understand?"
Cheng Sangluo rolled her eyes, pouted, and tried to imitate Lin Jin's arrogant manner by shaking her head and swaying her body, only to be caught red-handed.
"You dare imitate me and make faces? You've got some nerve!" Lin Jin scolded loudly, followed by another beating: "You're not happy about being made to stand? Looks like someone'll be sleeping in the guest room tonight~"
Cheng Sangluo was furious, but the thought of spending the long night alone in the cold guest room without his wife's embrace was too miserable. Besides, Lin Jin was the type to keep her word, so he could only loudly reply, "Reporting to Mother! I am completely convinced!"
