Su Tian and Song Zhe cautiously crouched on the wall, watching the situation in the courtyard.
Should we act now, or wait until everyone is here?
"Let's wait an hour and see. If no one's there, we'll take those two back," Song Zhe said to Su Tian.
"Let's get down first and find a corner to wait in," Su Tian said.
Song Zhe jumped down first, looking worriedly at Su Tian on the wall from the ground.
Su Tian smiled at him and then jumped down.
"Don't worry, I'm fine. Let's hide first." Su Tian pulled Song Zhe to hide in a corner.
Here we go again. As soon as he got close to Su Tian, Song Zhe's breathing became heavier involuntarily, and even his heartbeat quickened.
He was afraid he wouldn't be able to resist the urge to hold Su Tian in his arms; this feeling was so hard to control.
“Su Tian, I…” Song Zhe hesitated for a moment, but still didn’t say it.
"What's wrong? Your face is so hot, do you have a fever?"
Su Tian touched Song Zhe's forehead and face with her cold hands and asked with concern.
"No, he probably got hot from jumping off the wall."
Su Tian's fingertips were stroking his face, and he could only pray that she would stop, otherwise his heart would race even faster.
"Why are your hands so cold?" Song Zhe asked, grabbing Su Tian's hand.
"It's cold outside, so it's a bit icy. Here, have some spring water to warm yourself up."
After Su Tian finished speaking, she took out a bowl of spiritual spring water from her spatial storage and handed it to Song Zhe. She also drank a bowl herself.
Suddenly, the sound of the door opening rang out again. Su Tian and Song Zhe exchanged a glance; there was movement.
