The next morning was another sunny day.
Song Zhe got up early and ran a few laps around the courtyard, performing a set of military gymnastics.
After finishing his breakfast, he rode off on his bicycle without waiting for Su Tian to get up.
When he arrived, the photo studio staff hadn't started work yet, so he could only wait by the wall.
Thirty minutes later, the shop assistant slowly opened the door.
"Young man, you're here so early! Are you here to pick up photos?" the shop assistant asked him with a smile.
"Yes, have all the photos been developed?" Song Zhe asked nervously.
"I've washed them all for you, in two batches. Would you like to choose a few to make photo frames?"
"Let me take a look first."
Song Zhe opened the photos in his hand and took one out of the bag; it was a solo photo of Su Tian.
Looking at Su Tian's solo photo, Song Zhe couldn't help but smile.
In the photo, Su Tian smiles brightly, her eyes so lively they seem to leap out of the picture.
He flipped through the pages one by one, and the more he looked, the brighter his smile became.
When he saw the photo of himself with Su Tian, he couldn't help but feel shy, and his face slowly turned red.
He flipped to the next page, becoming more and more excited as he looked at it, reluctant to look away.
He carefully selected the photos, wanting to frame each one.
In the end, he chose a solo photo of Su Tian and a more intimate photo of him and Su Tian, and asked the shop assistant to make a frame for him.
The shop assistant took the photo and said, "This photo is really well taken. Your boyfriend is so beautiful." Song Zhe blushed slightly but did not refute it.
After the photo frame was finished, Song Zhe paid for it, carefully put the photo back in the bag, and rode his bike back home.
When Su Tian got home, she had just gotten up and gone downstairs.
When she saw Song Zhe rushing back, looking travel-worn, she quickly asked, "Where did you go so early this morning? Why did you rush back so soon?"
When Song Zhe saw Su Tian, he smiled happily, walked to her side, and whispered in her ear, "Guess?"
Su Tian noticed that Song Zhe had his hands behind his back, so she quickly turned to the side to take a look.
But Song Zhe blocked her view with his body.
Su Tian's stubborn temper flared up, and she said with a smile, "Even if I'm lying on the ground, I'm going to watch it."
Su Tian wasn't usually this curious, but Song Zhe was acting all mysterious.
Su Tian forcefully pulled his arms with both hands, pulling him to the left and then to the right.
Song Zhe was surprised by Su Tian's persistence and quickly let go. Su Tian was also surprised that Song Zhe let go so quickly.
Just as she was about to collapse backward from exhaustion, Song Zhe quickly pulled Su Tian back into his arms.
Their eyes met, and Song Zhe's eyes were overflowing with love. He longed to lean down and kiss her, to taste the alluring flavor of her red lips.
But she managed to restrain herself. Su Tian felt his burning gaze, and her face turned bright red. She awkwardly pushed Song Zhe away.
The bag that Song Zhe had hidden behind his back was revealed. Su Tian quickly snatched it, opened it, and was first stunned, then her face lit up with surprise.
"Haha, it's a really good photo. I'm looking for that one, the first one I took of you."
Su Tian searched for a while and found it.
In the photo, Song Zhe is holding the handlebars with both hands, turning his head gently and smiling at the camera.
Actually, Song Zhe wasn't looking at the camera lens, but at Su Tian, who was taking pictures with the camera.
"Look, doesn't this photo make you look handsome?"
"Yeah, he's really handsome. Do you like him?" Song Zhe couldn't help but ask.
"I like it," Su Tian replied casually, continuing to look at the remaining photos.
"If you like it, that's good." Song Zhe thought to himself.
"You even made a picture frame and a solo portrait of me. Was it made for you or for me?"
"Do you want it? If you do, take it."
"These are for you. We'll each take a copy of these photos. Here are two photos of me with Xiao Jing. You can take them all," Su Tian said to Song Zhe.
"Okay, leave a photo of Xiao Jing at home later. Whenever he comes, just ask Grandma to give it to him."
"What time do we leave? It's 10 o'clock now."
"The train leaves at 2 PM, let's leave at 1 PM, it'll take forty minutes," Song Zhe said.
“I forgot, I haven’t had breakfast yet. I’ll enjoy these photos after I finish eating.”
After Su Tian finished speaking, she quickly went to wash her hands and eat breakfast.
Song Zhe sat on the sofa, quietly looking at one document after another, a charming smile always on his face as he looked.
He could sit and look at the photos they took all day long.
Just then, Grandma Song returned.
"Xiao Zhe, what are you looking at?"
"Grandma, you're back! What did you buy? I'm looking at the photos," Song Zhe said with a smile to his grandmother.
"I'll go outside and buy you two some food to eat on the train, I have steamed buns and dumplings."
"If you get tired of the food, just buy food on the train, okay?" Grandma Song instructed.
"Okay, I understand."
"Come on, let this old woman see what I photographed."
Grandma Song put down the bag in her hand and sat on the sofa to look at the photos.
"Oh my, these are photos of you and Tianya. Xiao Zhe, they look so good together, you look like a perfect couple," Grandma Song said softly.
Upon hearing this, Song Zhe chuckled to himself, thinking that it was good that they looked like a married couple, as that would increase his chances.
"Keep your solo photo for me, your old woman, so I can look at it whenever I miss you."
You kept the photos of you and Sweetie, as well as her solo photos; didn't you print two copies?
"Yes, I washed two portions, Grandma. I understand. I will come back to see you every time I have a long holiday."
