Chen Gang was also startled and quickly got up. How come they both ended up sleeping with pigs when they woke up?
The two of them terrified the pig, who had finally managed to fall asleep from last night's nightmare, only to be woken up by their shouting.
They watched as the pigs kept squealing and moving. They then discovered that they were covered in pig excrement and urine, even their faces and heads, and their clothes were torn to shreds by the pigs.
They looked at the excrement on their bodies, smelled the stench, and kept gagging, wanting to vomit but unable to.
"What should we do? Brother Chen Gang, you're covered in pig poop, it's disgusting! Ugh, who did this? Who's trying to get us killed?"
"Stop crying, Anjing. Let's hurry and wash in the river while no one notices us."
Chen Gang felt annoyed when he heard He Hua crying. Women are useless; they cry and whine whenever something happens and never try to find a solution.
"Let's go, now!"
After Chen Gang finished speaking, he quickly walked out of the pigsty and ran towards the river.
He Hua quickly followed Chen Gang's footsteps. As they walked, they encountered several three- or four-year-old children.
The two of them terrified the children, who ran away shouting, "It's so scary! It's terrifying! Help! There's a dung monster in the village! That monster is covered in stinky dung!"
"Don't shout, we're not shit monsters, we're human."
Chen Gang angrily yelled at the child while running forward quickly.
Hearing the child's cries, everyone rushed out, asking, "What's wrong? What kind of poop monster is this?"
“Right ahead, there are two monsters covered in poop walking in front of us,” the children explained.
"Come on, let's go take a look too." Hearing the child's words, everyone quickly followed.
"Hurry up, the villagers will see us!" Chen Gang shouted to He Hua, urging her to run.
At that moment, this scene unfolded in the village: Chen Gang and He Hua were running desperately ahead, while the villagers chased after them.
As they ran, pig manure from their bodies would occasionally fall to the ground.
The people who caught up saw the poop on the ground and realized that what the children said was true; there really was a poop monster.
"Quickly, chase them! The Shit Monsters are up ahead. They might be trying to steal our pig manure. Go and catch them!"
Those inside the house heard shouts outside: "A thief is stealing pig manure! How can we let him get away with this?" They immediately grabbed sticks and joined the chase.
"Brother Chen Gang, I can't run anymore. How much further is the river?" He Hua said breathlessly.
“It’s right up ahead. If the villagers see us, we’ll become a laughing stock again. Do you want to lose face?” Chen Gang said anxiously.
The two ran with all their might toward the river, but just as they were about to reach it, they tripped over a rock and fell to the ground with a 'thud'.
They were too exhausted to get up; they were just too tired to care about the embarrassment.
