Su Tian led Song Zhe and Lu Yu to the cliff and found the hidden cave entrance.
They cautiously entered the cave, and a foul odor immediately assaulted their nostrils.
The cave was pitch black, and they could only move forward by the faint light of their flashlights. The ground beneath their feet was uneven, and Su Tian and her group walked carefully.
"This cave is so dark..." Lu Yu couldn't help but complain.
"Don't make a sound!" Song Zhe warned. "Be careful, there might be danger."
The further we went in, the brighter it became.
After walking for ten minutes, they finally arrived at a spacious and bright place.
They found the place empty, with only three tables set up, some tea sets and snacks on them, and several radios nearby.
There were more than a dozen boxes neatly arranged on the ground. They opened them and found that they contained gold and guns and ammunition.
"How are those people so amazing? They managed to find a place like this and bring so much stuff here."
"These bastards will do anything to divide us up," Lu Yu said angrily.
They also found a portrait of the Emperor hanging on the wall, with many incense sticks and candles stuck below it, and some burnt paper ash next to it.
"They wouldn't do the same kind of rituals as us, would they?" Lu Yu asked curiously.
"Isn't it obvious?" Song Zhe glanced at him.
They wandered around the cave for a while, wondering why there were no blueprints or documents on the table.
At this moment, Su Tian noticed a tightly closed door on the wall. She walked over and pushed it, but the door didn't budge.
“It seems there are other secret rooms here,” Song Zhe said.
"Perhaps the secret lies behind that door." Lu Yu's eyes gleamed with anticipation.
The three decided to work together to break down the door. With their combined efforts, they finally managed to open it.
They discovered that behind the door was a narrow passage, at the end of which a sliver of light shone.
They followed the passage and came to a larger room.
Upon entering the secret room, one sees a huge sand table in the center, displaying mountains, rivers, and villages. A pile of maps and documents are also placed nearby.
“This looks like a strategic planning map and a border defense map.” Song Zhe studied the map carefully.
They picked up a document covered in dense handwriting; they might have discovered important intelligence.
"Let's look around for any other discoveries. If not, collect these maps and documents, and then destroy the sand table."
After Song Zhe finished speaking, the three of them carefully searched the wall again.
Indeed, they found nothing. They packed up the maps and documents and quickly destroyed the sand table.
Then, they left the secret room and came to the hall outside, which was filled with boxes.
"What about these boxes and the radio? Should we go back and find someone to move them?" Lu Yu asked anxiously.
“I’ll stay here and guard it. You take the documents and maps back secretly, and then have someone come and move them,” Song Zhe replied.
Su Tian was silent for a moment before speaking, "I have a way, if you trust me."
Looking at the girl in front of him, Song Zhe said affectionately, "We both trust you. Is there anything we can do for you?"
"No need, you just need to wait for me outside the cave entrance."
"Okay, let's go out first. Be careful. If anything happens, shout and I'll rush in. Put this gun away too."
After Song Zhe finished speaking, he handed the sniper rifle to her, and he and Lu Yu went outside.
Once Su Tian saw them walk away, she waved her hand and put the sniper rifle, the fifteen boxes on the ground, and the radio into her spatial storage.
She glanced at the wall, pulled out a large cleaver from her spatial storage, and chopped the Emperor's portrait on the wall into pieces, destroying the incense and candles.
Then, she took off all the men's clothes she was wearing and threw them into her spatial storage. From there, she took out the remaining meat buns, steamed buns, and sponge cakes and put them in the basket on her back. She glanced into the cave, then walked out without a second thought.
When Song Zhe saw Su Tian come out dressed in women's clothing, his expression remained almost unchanged, but his worries finally subsided.
They all realized that Su Tian had a secret. The world is so big, and it's possible to encounter some extraordinary masters, but they chose to keep it a secret.
"Do we need to blow up this cave?" Lu Yu asked.
Song Zhe glanced at it and calmly said, "No need. Blowing up that cave would be a waste of too much explosives, and besides, they wouldn't dare come back here."
We closed the entrance to the cave and disguised it so that no one else would find out.
Then, Song Zhe found the mechanism on the wall and pressed it to close the door.
"Come on, are you hungry? I have some food, do you want some?"
As Su Tian spoke, she handed the basket to Song Zhe, letting them carry it themselves.
She took a steamed bun from her basket and started eating. "There's water ahead, you can wash your hands before you eat."
Song Zhe obediently walked to the front, put the basket aside, squatted down and washed his hands clean.
Lu Yu washed his hands, glanced at his watch, and saw that it was already four o'clock in the afternoon.
They needed to get out of the woods as soon as possible; any later and it might be dangerous.
They ate steamed buns as they hurried along, with Su Tian leading the way.
They walked with difficulty, and after about an hour, it gradually got dark.
"Let's hurry up and get out of here. It's only five o'clock now, and it'll be about an hour's walk away," Su Tian said, looking at them.
In the evening, the forest was unusually quiet, with only the sound of the wind rustling the leaves.
They followed Su Tian out of the forest, using flashlights as they went.
