"What about me?" Lin Zhiluo looked at her.
Li Ruorui stormed off with the fruit platter, and Lin Jiayue emerged from the corner, then knocked on the door and went inside.
“I just saw Li Ruorui leave in a huff.” Lin Jiayue sat down in the chair and, without any formalities with Lin Zhiluo, handed her a bank card. “There’s fifty million here, a little something for you.”
Lin Zhiluo picked it up: "You're more generous than Lin Qiu."
"Lin Qiu?" Lin Jiayue scoffed. "He'd love to get you to hand over the Qi family's assets to him without spending a single penny."
"He's quite audacious," Lin Zhiluo scoffed. "I've already seen through the Lin family after just one day back. What do you plan to do when the Lin family declines?"
"I haven't decided what to do yet, but I'm confident I won't starve anywhere I go." She was very confident in her abilities.
Lin Zhiluo nodded: "I accept your gift. I wish you a bright future."
Lin Jiayue was in a good mood: "Of all the Lin family members, you're the one I like the most." She thought for a moment and shook her head, "Perhaps you just don't belong in the Lin family."
Lin Zhilu nodded; she indeed did not belong to the Lin family.
