Chapter 109 Rest Rokudo Mukuro's smile deepened as he gave Sawada...
Rokudo Mukuro's smile deepened, making Sawada Tsunayoshi wish he could disappear on the spot. He should have known better than to come up here as an assistant!
But the arrow was already on the string and had to be released. He thought to himself that even if Mukuro was the most brutal, he wouldn't use illusion magic to perform splitting in front of so many people, that would be too creepy.
Tsuna didn't realize that he subconsciously dismissed the possibility that the Mist Guardian might harm him, and simply assumed that Rokudo Mukuro couldn't suppress his mischievousness and wanted to intimidate others.
He stood tremblingly in front of Rokudo Mukuro, who actually put on a proper magical gesture, even wearing a cloak. The others perked up, seemingly wanting to see what kind of mischief Rokudo Mukuro could come up with.
The leader of the little mice stood in front, looking dazed. When Mist Guardian saw Sawada Tsunayoshi like this, he couldn't help but laugh again. He waved his hat in front of his eyes dramatically and finally put it on the little leader's head.
Sawada Tsunayoshi looked up, his brown eyes full of confusion, but the other person leaned in and whispered something in his ear.
"Close your eyes."
Should we close it?
This question is akin to asking whether to be or not to be.
In the end, out of trust that Rokudo Mukuro wouldn't harm him, the little leader slowly closed his eye.
Not being able to see Sawada Tsunayoshi's innocent and foolish eyes made Kirimori feel much brighter. His large cloak was just enough to cover two people, with plenty of room to spare.
Already surrounded by darkness, Sawada Tsunayoshi vaguely felt the cold fabric falling onto his skin. Unable to see any light, his heart pounded with anxiety, unsure of what would happen next.
In a dizzying moment, all the noise vanished from him, leaving only a blurry sound through a layer of fabric, and then, complete silence.
?
Sawada Tsunayoshi was even more confused, waiting and waiting but not receiving Rokudo Mukuro's instruction to open his eyes.
There was no discomfort or pain in my body.
He thought for a moment, but still couldn't bring himself to open his eyes due to a lack of contractual spirit.
A dark mass of shadows loomed over Sawada Tsunayoshi, with Rokudo Mukuro, backlit, looking down at him.
"What's wrong?" the junior leader asked, puzzled.
Rokudo Mukuro stepped back, leaving Sawada Tsunayoshi alone. Only then did he realize that he was back in his room, even though he had just been in the dining room on the first floor!
"I'm still wondering how long you'll keep your eyes closed like that."
Fog guards the mouth without mercy.
Sawada Tsunayoshi touched his nose. "It was Mukuro who told me to close my eyes."
“I didn’t say I was going to keep you locked up for a long time.” He walked away.
Sawada Tsunayoshi, curious and inquisitive, followed up, "How did Mukuro get me to the bedroom? Was it magic?"
Rokudo Mukuro scoffed, "You think I can do magic?"
"But can illusion magic teleport? I didn't sense anything as I went from the dining room to the bedroom!"
Rokudo Mukuro observed the room without answering him. Sawada Tsunayoshi shared his thoughts, and the Mist Guardian glanced at him.
Aren't you sleepy?
"Sleepy?" Tsuna asked in confusion.
"Go to sleep if you're tired." Mist Guardian finally revealed his true purpose.
"It's impressive that you still have so much energy after the competition. Go to bed early, kid."
Sawada Tsunayoshi rubbed the corner of his clothes. "But we haven't told everyone yet. Let's hurry back to the restaurant and not keep them waiting."
Rokudo Mukuro had anticipated the leader's cautious nature; he showed Tsuna his phone screen.
"I already told everyone."
Sawada Tsunayoshi looked closely,
[Rokudo Mukuro: I'm taking Sawada Tsunayoshi with me. You guys should go wash up and go to bed.]
Looking at the sending time again, it was one minute ago.
This is what you meant by "I told you long ago"!?
Even the tone of voice sounds like kidnapping!
But after Mist Guardian put his phone away, the tall man stuffed the dry clothes from the hanger into the leader's arms and pushed them into the bathroom.
"Don't worry about it, you should wash up and go to bed."
Locked in the bathroom, Sawada Tsunayoshi sighed and finally said to the door, "At least give me a towel."
Rokudo Mukuro was silent for a moment, then quickly opened the door and threw in a towel.
Tsuna had no choice but to obediently take his clothes to take a shower, wondering how Mukuro knew his room so well, even knowing his clothes and towels so clearly.
Not daring to think any further, the leader turned on the tap and washed away the day's fatigue.
The sound of the rushing water effectively masked some of the noise, so Sawada Tsunayoshi didn't hear it and was unaware of the commotion outside that had started again while he was taking a shower.
However, after he finished showering, Rokudo Mukuro was not in the room. It seemed that the other party really just wanted him to take a shower. He didn't say a word and left when he was ready.
Only Gokudera Hayato remained in the bedroom.
Sawada Tsunayoshi dried his wet hair, which hung limply down his back, and asked Gokudera as he did so.
"Hayato, haven't you rested yet?"
Hayato Gokudera looked dejected. "Did I cause trouble for the Tenth Boss? He just finished a match and should be resting."
Understanding why the Storm Guardian had come looking for him, the leader pulled him to sit down beside his bed, sinking into the soft fabric. Sawada Tsunayoshi shook his head.
"How could it be a problem? Hayato put in a lot of effort, and I'm really, really touched by that. I'm also happy to be able to celebrate with my family after the match."
"Not only me, but Xiaoxiang is also very happy, so Hayato, don't be too anxious. We are all very satisfied. It's just a little regrettable that we didn't get to see the next carefully prepared performance."
Gokudera Hayato said that was no big deal, he could get other people to come up and perform for the Tenth Boss right now.
Sawada Tsunayoshi thought about the overly wonderful scene and shook his head repeatedly, "That's not necessary. Everyone needs to rest after a busy day."
Hayato Gokudera had no choice but to give up. He took the towel from the leader and then the hair dryer.
"Let me help the Tenth Boss dry his hair so he can rest earlier."
His hair had grown a bit longer. Tsuna still hadn't gotten a haircut in a while. He wondered if he could get it cut a little shorter before going to Tokyo. The wind was warm and gentle, and Gokudera Hayato was patiently blow-drying his hair, which made the little boss almost drowsy.
However, he was still worried about his family downstairs, and forced himself to keep his eyes open.
"Has everyone rested? And Mukuro, he was just in his room a moment ago, but now he's gone too."
Upon hearing Rokudo Mukuro's name, Gokudera Hayato couldn't help but recall the chaos of that brief moment.
They blatantly lured the Tenth Boss up to be their assistant, then used illusion magic as a smokescreen. In a short while, the other guardians didn't realize something was wrong, nor did they know how the other party had deceived the Tenth Boss's senses. In the blink of an eye, the two people at the table had been switched, and they didn't even know it until a dozen seconds later when they realized something was amiss.
The fog dissipated, and there was no one in sight ahead.
Before they could react and report Rokudo Mukuro for kidnapping the leader, a message came through their phone.
Gokudera almost fainted from anger.
They searched the first floor but couldn't find the two. Then they searched up the floors one by one. No one was in Rokudo Mukuro's room. It was Rokudo Mukuro who opened the Tenth Boss's door and walked out to tell them not to disturb Sawada Tsunayoshi's rest.
Hayato Gokudera began to vomit blood.
However, knowing what Rokudo Mukuro meant by this, he could only grit his teeth and swallow his anger.
He didn't leave with the others, but waited in the Tenth Generation's room.
"Everyone has gone to rest, but they said they would eat dinner first."
Gokudera explained to the junior leader.
After confirming that Rokudo Mukuro was not surrounded and attacked, Sawada Tsunayoshi felt relieved, said goodbye to Gokudera, and went to sleep peacefully in bed.
Before going to sleep, she reminded Gokudera Hayato not to throw away the flowers.
Tsuna said a little shyly, "I want to put the flowers that everyone gave me in a vase and put them in my room."
Gokudera readily agreed, even guaranteeing that the flowers on the wall would last longer.
Sawada Tsunayoshi muttered, "Then forget it. It would be too much to leave it there. It would be embarrassing, considering we only won the prefectural qualifiers."
He fell into a deep sleep as he talked. The weather gradually cooled down, so a thick quilt was specially placed in the room. Gokudera Hayato covered the leader with it and then went downstairs to eat with a happy heart.
There were hardly any people downstairs anymore. Hibari Kyoya was nowhere to be seen, but Hinata and Lambo were still there eating and discussing how good the sushi was tonight.
Hinata took a few bites and said, "Should we leave some for Tsuna too? He's asleep now and can't eat any."
Yamamoto Takeshi replied, "No need to save it. If Tsuna wants to eat it again tomorrow, I'll make him a new one."
Upon hearing this, Lambo grabbed a few more pieces and put them on his plate. "Then these are all for Lord Lambo!"
"Leave us a few pieces, Lambo!" Hinata said hurriedly.
Seeing the two of them fighting over a few pieces of sushi, Gokudera couldn't help but comment.
"Hinata, aren't you tired at all?"
Hinata's mouth was stuffed with food. After finally swallowing it, he quickly took a sip of tea.
"I'm in great spirits after winning the game, and I'm not tired at all!"
He patted his chest, indicating that he could still eat three large bowls of rice.
Suddenly remembering something, she asked, "Did Xiaogang like your surprise?"
Gokudera looked up. "Of course, the Tenth Boss said he was very moved."
Hinata agreed, "Indeed, even though I discussed it with Gokudera, seeing it with my own eyes was still shocking and moving."
As they were talking, Lambo snatched the last piece of sushi and chuckled wickedly.
Yiping corrected the other party, telling them not to laugh so evilly, as they were respectable people.
Kusakabe hadn't left yet, chatting with Reborn about work. Gokudera placed the plate in front of him and listened for a few moments.
"Is something wrong in Italy?"
Kusakabe had no choice. "After all, Lord Sawada has already begun to take on affairs, and there are some things that he must personally review, otherwise there's no way to make arrangements in Italy."
Gokudera muttered a few words about how troublesome it was to bother the Tenth Boss at this hour, and then continued asking,
What's the situation over there now?
"It might be necessary for Lord Sawada to make an appearance; it's been several months since he last did."
Hinata understood. "So, is Tsuna going back to Italy now?"
Reborn put down his teacup. He hadn't filled out the form incorrectly; he'd been drinking tea all evening.
"Not necessarily. We'll decide on the specifics after Tsuna wakes up. If we can resolve the situation in Italy, we will; if not, we'll put it aside for now."
The matter seemed extremely urgent, but these people showed no intention of informing Tsuna immediately. Hinata was unsure whether it was important or not, nor did he understand if his childhood friend was going back to Italy.
