Chapter One: The Mountain People

Li Sisui hurriedly got up, looking completely bewildered. The ups and downs of his life were too exciting!

Before he could spit out the mouthful of unknown feathers, he hurriedly looked around and realized that not only had he not died from the fall, but he had also fallen onto the back of a crane!

This crane was pure white, with broad wings and a huge body, estimated to be over five zhang (approximately 10 meters) long. Catching Li Sisui would have been more than enough. He stood up, and an old man with white hair and beard approached, looking at the suddenly appearing Li Sisui with some surprise. He said:

"Who are you?"

"Li... seems to follow!"

"I asked you your name, why are you asking me in return?"

"..."

Li Sisui panicked and hurriedly searched his memory for his name, but after searching for a long time, he found nothing. He then realized that because of his high seniority, everyone called him Grandmaster Uncle. In addition, he had long lifespan and had long forgotten his real name. He had no choice but to use his own name to fill the gap. But obviously the old man did not understand. Your Mandarin is not good enough!

The old man was stunned, his face showing the same bewilderment. Although the crane beneath his feet was merely his mount and not some rare or exotic beast, it was still protected by layers of restrictive formations. How could it be so easily invaded by a stranger, and without anyone noticing? If it weren't for the close proximity and his keen hearing, he probably wouldn't have been able to detect this person at all!

The old man was terrified upon closer inspection, and his expression became solemn. Although the person in front of him appeared panicked, his eyes were darting around, constantly looking him up and down, as if he didn't take him seriously at all. He wondered what kind of person this person was.

How dare you trespass on someone else's vehicle and act so brazenly?

The old man misunderstood Li Sisui. He wasn't just flustered on the surface; he was genuinely panicked because he couldn't see through the old man's cultivation level either. So far, there were only a handful of people whose cultivation level he couldn't see through, and including the old man in front of him, there were only three of them!

As for the detail that he has only met three people so far, he automatically ignored it!

This world is too dangerous!

He's not drifting aimlessly; he's just looking for a way out!

Thinking of this, the old man unconsciously became much more polite, and asked again in a deep voice:

"May I ask where you come from?"

Hiss~

Li Sisui gasped. This was a long story. Helpless, he pointed to the top of his head, looking embarrassed. The old man's expression changed drastically when he saw this. It turned out to be someone from the mountain.
