Chapter Two: Am I the Protagonist?

With a smile on his face, the Daoist Wufa walked into the Tianmen Sect amidst the respectful gazes of the crowd. After taking only a few steps, he suddenly turned to Li Sisui and said:

"This fellow Daoist remains calm and composed in the face of danger, displaying extraordinary composure. I wonder if he would be interested in attending my son's wedding celebration?"

The Tianmen Sect personally extended the invitation, and only then did everyone notice Li Sisui standing to the side. Just now, when the flying sword was pointed at his face, he remained calm and composed, showing no change in expression even when Mount Tai collapsed in front of him. Such composure was far beyond what ordinary people could achieve. When they noticed his cultivation level, the surrounding crowd exclaimed in surprise!

Upon hearing the words of the Daoist Wufa, the old man felt a surge of relief. It seemed that the person before him was no ordinary person; he might be a reclusive master from some mountain. Fortunately, his words had been quite polite. Thinking of this, the old man's gaze towards Li Sisui became even more cautious!

However, everyone misunderstood Li Sisui. He wasn't unfazed; he genuinely hadn't reacted. Plus, his attention was elsewhere at the time. The flying sword came out of nowhere, and even if he had been prepared, he probably wouldn't have been able to avoid it. But this also confirmed his long-held doubts.

If his earlier fall off the cliff was an accident, then the sudden appearance of the flying sword left Li Sisui with no chance of fighting back except to await his death. Yet, in this seemingly certain-death situation, a sect leader suddenly appeared, coupled with the words that had been echoing in his ears during his soul transmigration:

"You're the protagonist! You're the protagonist! You're the protagonist!"

Is he really the protagonist of this world? Does he have a protagonist's halo?

Thinking of this, Li Sisui revealed a simple smile, but the people around him couldn't help but gasp. Just who was this kid?

This is too arrogant! The sect leader of Tianmen Sect took the initiative to invite him, and he is so rude. Not only did he not reply, but his smile was so frivolous. If it weren't for the sect leader's only son's wedding, under normal circumstances, such disrespect would probably have been met with death.

However, after everyone glanced at Li Sisui's cultivation level, their expressions changed, and their disbelief was palpable. When they looked at Li Sisui again, it was as if they were looking at a monster.

"Very well, it's a good opportunity to share in the joy of your arrival!"

As he spoke, Li Si strode into the stone gate. The Taoist priest remained expressionless, but a glint of shrewdness flashed in his eyes!

Li Sisui had no interest in the wedding ceremony; he just had a sudden whim and decided to take the initiative to verify whether this so-called protagonist's halo really existed!
